I have faxed in multiple verification forms such as driver's license and social security card even had to enlarge the documents an refax them because the address on file did not match what was on my driver's license which is what I informed them in the beginning when I filled out the application since I am displaced and staying in a Motel. They keep changing up every time I call in on what the requirements are for the credit card so I believe that they are a scam company.

Contacted business because unable to get on website. Scheduled payment and told to try again in 24 hours. Called again because still unable to get on website. Told issue would be logged and try again in 24 hours. Asked what happens if in 24 hours still can't get on. Told to call again. *** I would not continue calling and need issue resolved. Told again to callback in 24 hours if I still can't get on

I received an email from Destiny Mastercard that they had approved me for a card. I did not apply for a card. I thought it was just a scam and ignored it. Then, I received an actual card in the mail. Again, I did not apply for a card. At this point, I called to get the card canceled. They wanted me to provide them with a lot of information, including my social security number, which I declined to share. I still thought it was a scam. THEN I received a notice that a new Destiny account was listed on my credit report. NOW, I just received a bill for $700. WHAT!?! I am the victim of identity theft and they won't even talk to me without me providing my social security number! I just want the balance zeroed out, my card canceled and it to be removed from my credit reports.

I received a credit card offer letter in the mail. I filled it out to see if I could qualify. After filling it out I received a letter stating I was approved for $700 credit line. I started to do research on the company because something seemed weird. Once I read that it was a scam I was so scared! I gave them my info! I never activated the card or used it or anything! Then I get an email stating I owe them $185!! I want my account closed and off my record! I only applied I didn't approve or activate anything! Thank you for your help!

I applied for a credit card after receiving a pre-selected offer in the mail. On the offer letter it stated that I would be able to add the card to my mobile wallet and use it immediately. After several attempts to submit my identification I was able to add the card to my mobile wallet, but I am unable to use it as it has incomplete card details. It did not provide me with a virtual card number or information. When I called customer service for assistance I was told that I CAN add the card to my mobile wallet but I wouldnt be able to use it virtually for purchases. I would have to wait for the physical card to arrive. I feel this business and its marketing materials are purposely misleading. Setting potential cardholders up with the idea that they do not have to wait for the physical card to be able to make purchases. Then using deceptive language to explain their that the service they advertise is not actually available.

Ive been paying my credit card off with higher payments and am on autopay. Despite being on autopay my last 2 payments have been rejected and Ive been given a late fee despite having the same banking info for 25+ years and never changing this with this company. Clearly they are scamming to get late payment fees even for those on autopay. I cancelled my card today, paid the balance and demanding the fees reversed. Ive never experienced such obvious fraud from a CC company before. BEWARE!!!!!

I discovered yesterday that my paypal business account was overdrawn by $80 for two transactions that happened back on May 22nd for $50 and May 27th for $30. It left me with -$67.66 in my business account because i had $12.34 in my account at the time. I used my business account to send myself an invoice to my personal email. I paid the invoices using my Destiny ********** card. The transactions went through fine, but now they are being disputed by Destiny. I can no longer use my business account as PayPal has permanently limited my account because of this. When I called my card issuer, Destiny card services, I was told by the automatic answering services that my account was pending collections. I then spoke with a live agent and was told that my account was closed for fraud. After speaking with a higher up I discovered that Destiny card services was alerted by Equifax on August 10th that this account was fraudulent, although I never made that claim or asked them to contact Destiny card services on my behalf.Destiny card services told me that they conducted an internal investigation & somehow came up with the fact that it was indeed opened fraudulently, but it was not. I applied & accepted the approval for my Destiney credit card. I was never alerted that there was an investigation nor of the results of this investigation until my business account was unusable & I had to figure out why. My Destiny card cannot be reinstated because of the fraud closure. I have to wait ***** before I can reapply with them or I will be denied because of the fraud closure. I still had avaliable credit on the card that I really needed to use. I've spoken with Destiny card about dropping the disputed transactions but now I have to wait 2-3 days to see if their investigation team will release the dispute so I can use my business account again.Destiny FS card services is to blame because I was not alerted of the potential closure of my account, the actual closure, the inv

I call The phone number I have on the card numerous times and it is always telling me to call back or it is under construction. The app that I have is their website and doesn't give me the option to cancel my account. I just don't want to pay high interest rates and membership fees.
