I do not know whether they actually lend money or not. They did not offer to loan me any money. They instead offered to try to settle my credit card debt. Debt settlement is usually more ruinous to your credit than bankruptcy is, there is no guarantee they will actually be able to settle it, and you pay them to do it. Also, if your aim is to settle your debt, there is nothing they can do for you that you can't do yourself by calling your credit card companies. Contact this "lender" with caution.

BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! This company is super shady. When you speak with someone, they do a tactic called conditioning with yes questions - meaning they ask a lot of questions where the obvious answer is yes, in order to seem like they understand and they are on your side. Once they have your information, they tell what your credit score is . . . and this is when I knew they were not an ethical company.... I had my credit score from all 3 bureaus in front of me and they said my score was over 50 points less than what the bureaus were reporting. DO NOT do business with them. We see the letter in the mail stating that its a personal loan yet it should state that this is a consolidated loan for debt consolidation. The ad should not state personal loan. That is misleading and false advertising.Liberty First Lending

Same as most other reviews here a complete scam to get your info to sell it to third party and then you get between 17 and 23 scam calls per day, I recommend do not call these people back and just throw letter in trashLiberty First Lending

They are using a bait and switch technique to get you to call them and give out your personal info!!they said I could qualify for a low fixed rate loan to get out of debt, but when I called and talk to them on the phone, I was told I did not qualify for a loan, but if I paid a lawyer instead they could lower my debt! I wanted to take out a loan in order to pay back the people I owe, and not put money into a lawyer's bank account!!!I know for a fact that they outlawed the bait and switch maneuver!Liberty First Lending

I received a letter in the mail that I was preapproved for a loan. I went to their website and put in the offer code and it said that someone would be calling me. When the phone rang and I answered, it told me to push 1 for help with my application. It then directed me to someone who told me that they are the people who send out the letters and not the people who process and help. This screams scam and now my phone rings off the hook to get the same loop and response.Liberty First Lending
