    The transaction happened in November they were going to do a credit card debt resolution deal. They told me that they would resolve this and it took 5 months and then they took out the money they told me that it was 25% of the difference of what they say instead they took out 25% of the net amount. They ruined my credit and they said they were going to get me a loan immediately to a consolidate all my credit card bills and they never did that they would never tell me what the interest was. Finally they said they might get me a loan after 6 months and that I found out it was going to be like 30% interest! Completely ridiculous so they lied to me from the very beginning completely misled me. There are very horrible company. I'm getting this on record because I am getting them to a small claims court if they don't give me my money back

    Clarity telemarketers call my cell phone 5-6 times per day. I have requested to be added to the Do Not Call list on multiple occasions and Ive added my number to the national Do Not Call registry. I do not want any service they provide and I do not need a loan. If the harassment continues, I will be seeking legal action.

    Complaint Title:Refund Not Issued After Cancellation $885.49 Description of Complaint:On February 25, 2024, Clarity Debt Resolution drafted $885.49 from my bank account as the initial deposit for their debt relief services. Around March 3, 2024, I contacted the company to cancel and requested a full refund. No services were ever provided.Since that time, I have followed up consistentlyapproximately every 10 to 15 daysand each time I have been given a different explanation or promise with no results. Most recently, on a call last week, I spoke with a supervisor who assured me the refund would be processed within 10 days or sooner. That deadline passed without resolution.When I called back last night, I was told to expect the refund by next Tuesday, but at this point, I have no confidence in their word. This process has felt like a circuswith constant delays, shifting timelines, and no accountability. Ive received zero services, and nearly six weeks have passed since my first refund request.Desired Outcome:I am requesting a full refund of $885.49 and written confirmation that my account has been cancelled with no further charges. I would also appreciate clear documentation of any steps taken by Clarity Debt Resolution to resolve this issue.****** *. & ***** M. ******* ***************************

    I have been receiving between two or three calls from individuals with various numbers leaving voicemails advertising consolidation loans. when I call back or answer as soon as say anything about not wanting a loan or that I want to be put on a do-not-call list they hang up without acknowledging my grievance. This has been going on to months to the point that I have empty my voicemail box weekly or no more can be left for me for my own personal or business needs. This is blatant harassment and breaks several laws and regulations concerning telecommunications and harassment.

    This company has. Agreed to negotiate to settle debts for my husband and I. They have resolved one account and appears that everything else has become stagnant. During this time we were contacted to add legal assistance to our plan which involved us paying the same amount per month, but would required a $60 payment from our escrow account just in case any legal matters came up. In November of 2024 legal papers started coming through **** to me stating that I was being sued for non payment from one of the accounts that we gave to Clarity Debt Resolution to negotiate a settlement for. Since this was a legal document when I called the lawyers office they informed me that they could not talk to me since I was with a debt resolution company. After that conversation I did let Clarity know and they informed me that I would need to upload the documents and they would send them over to the legal department for further assistance with the matter. Nothing was ever done and I begin getting more court documents in the mail stating that I was failing to communicate with them, which should not have been the case because Clarity is supposed to be handling these matters for me. Now a motion of judgment has been filed against me and granted causing the process of wage garnishment to start and through this entire process I have contacted the debt resolution company and they keep telling me they are forwarding the information to the legal department and they would contact me directly with an update. From November to now (April 5, 2025) all contact with Clarity Debt Resolution has been only when I called and I have not received a clear update about what is going on with my account and why they have not handled the legal matters that it was agreed that they would handle for us. Id like to add that during those 5 months I have paid the $577.98 ($2889.90) fee that I agreed to pay starting December 1, 2023

    I signed up with Clarity Debt Resolution last November and made 1 payment. They sent an attorney letter to *****. Upon further research of the company I decided to part ways and use a debt management company instead. I have been trying to separate from this scam of a company for OVER A MONTH. I had to make MULTIPLE calls to cancel. They kept trying to get me to stay. By straight up LYING. They only sent me part of what I was owed as a refund. Now my debt management company is telling me they can't work with me because ***** has an attorney letter from whatever hack lawyers this company uses. I say that because when I asked for their number to call them directly I was told they only had a PO Box and they weren't allowed to give it out. I cannot find any information on these supposed "lawyers" online. I have tried to call to no avail for weeks now. They say they will do something and they won't. Now i can't even get through. If a letter is not sent rescinding the letter sent to ***** by 5pm today I WILL be filing legal action.

    Finance company associated with Marble Law. After complaint to Marble Law and cancellation of contract, ********** sent refund of payment to Claritypay, but they have not refunded the balance paid to them and in excess of loan balance. Two requests for refund have been made via email. They claim to respond within 24 hours, but no response has been issued from them.If they are associated with Marble Law, I suspect they are scammers.

    My complaint is regarding unethical practices by the company. While seeing about getting a loan they will say that they are signing you up for a loan and then when they send you the contract it is a debt forgiveness program. While reading through the contract with the person on the phone I asked them several times if this was a loan or if it was a debt forgiveness program, to which the person would respond that it was a loan. I would then point out parts of the contract where it said that it was not a loan and they would still say it was a loan. Thankfully I read the contract and did not sign, however I feel a complaint is necessary because there is no telling how many people they have tricked this way because the person didnt read the contract and believed the person on the other side of the phone call was telling the truth.

    I exited the program in 2024 and continually get emails with a statement of account from *** and they continue to charge a fee on a balance that was left in the account when I'm no longer in the program, I have emailed and contacted them on several occasions and usually get a very rude offshore person.
