DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Terrible company/advice/service. Was told they could settle for less than 3/4 of what I owed but I needed to stop making payments to show hardship. This company did nothing until I was getting sued by the *******************, then I was forced to settle for the full *** due + another $7k in late fees and accrued APR fees on the balance. I still had to pay almost $11k to this company on top of all that for their terrible (non) service.NOTE: You can call the credit card companies, ask them to cancel/freeze your account and settle with them WITHOUT using a scam company like ***.JW Financial Solutions

5 starsReally, I read all these 1 star reviews and I got to say i had almost the complete opposite experience! I used the customer online portal and kept yeah of where so my money was going, and out of 4 credit accounts I enrolled in, 3 of them were paid off and closed saving me hundreds. And when I couldn't keep paying my monthly fees they stood there and helped me with no late fees or interest, and when I had to just close my account I got a check in the mail with all money they were holding. So I don't get where you say all that, but I guess we all have different experiences. I am real by the way I'm not a bot or someone paid to write this, I pay rent and struggle with inflation just like you, I also voted for the orange guy so I hope that validates my genuineness.Review fromTina D

I fell for there bs, I had cops come to my place and gave me a summons, from my bank, because your company isn't giving them my money, I really would like to know is where is my money you took from me for 2-3 yrs!! These people are scam artist, they pushed this scam on to my wife, told her how much we would save, now I'm getting phone calls and emails from our accounts that our monthly payments are not being made, in which we never missed a payment in the past, but these vultures want to keep pulling money out of our Chase Account. STAY AWAY do your research, these people are low.......JW Financial Solutions

I likewise fell for what seemed to be a program that was too good to be true. I decided to cancel my enrollment and sent my 'notice of cancellation' overnight delivery to the address on their form, only to have it returned to me. Their mailing address is invalid and they also don't have a valid forwarding address set up!Zero stars would be too many.JW Financial Solutions

I agreed to sign up. I however decided I did not want to follow through either the program. I wrote and mailed a letter stating I wanted to cancel and mailed Ti to the address in the paperwork as stated, in the time frame stated. They still withdrew money from my account and the letter was returned undeliverable. Have called and emailed repeatedly with no response.JW Financial Solutions

This company is nothing but thieves. They tell you they are going to do all these great things to help you with your creditors. I paid them $394 a month for 8 months. This money is supposed to be hed in a special account to pay your creditors when this company settles with them. The company fee is 25% of the original amount you owed the creditor. In my case the amount was $1400 so that would be about $350 plus a lawyer fee that is $60 per month so about $480. So my total payments was about $3150. When I asked for a refund and to cancel my enrollment. I had to call the law firm because could not get any answer by phone and no answer of 7 emails. So today I found a refund of only $300 in my account. Total thievery!! Moral to this long story. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with JW Financial SolutionsJW Financial Solutions

Correct. Its been a year and a half since being employed with this company. Regardless of the time frame, the necessity of letting others know the way they treat employees does not have a time limit unless it has been under new management. Being fired, without even being told and having to find out by trying to log in to the system was humiliating. This was of course working remotely. And when I called to ask why I was being fired no one could give me a direct answer. I just hope no one else experiences this. I still have the voice recording of the former boss explaining to me I did nothing wrong but I still was fired. Again, shame on ** for not doing anything about it. I hope they can do better.
