Don't listen to anything this company has in it's reviews they pad reviews to mislead customers into trusting their service. US ********************** is negligent and misleads customers. They use your payments to them to pad their own pockets at the cost of your credit. My wife, and I made the mistake of trusting them to help us in a complex situation and all they did was make things much worse. The **** will all out mislead you and make you think they are going to take care of you and they in the end leave you out to dry. When I fired them yes fired them they made threats to charge me thousands of dollars and in the end I ended up having to revoke their billing companies right to auto debit my bank account to get them to stop charging me. After I fired them money in holding disappeared without a trace or explanation. I lost thousands of dollars trusting this company and I don't want to see anyone else make the same mistake. DO NOT TRUST US FINANCIAL RELIEF THEY ARE A SCAM !!!

You made 12 payments totaling $6329.27. We settled $12,205 of your debt for $8970.00, saved you $3235.00 in principle and $4785 in interest, your total saving $8020.00. While we were making payments toward your settlements to your creditors, you decided to file for bankruptcy. We are not sure what you mean when you said you lost thousands of dollars, the math is simple. You only paid $6329.27 toward your program, your settlements to your creditors was $8970.00. How did you lose thousands? You received your escrow statements every month from the ************** where your funds were held. You also received your final statement and any amount (if you had any money remaining) in your escrow was refunded to you.We helped hundreds of thousands of consumers get out of debt. It was a pleasure having US Financial Relief help us recover from a Bitcoin scam of over $100,000 that was mainly on **** of America and ******* credit cards. I had a manager step ** through the process of having a plan to make payments to this company and still have funds for food and paying monthly bills as I care for my disabled wife who is a military veteran. The *********************** did a wonderful job of working a settlements with the banks that saved us thousands of dollars. My wife is really happy about that and if she is happy so am I.Our program started in May 2019 and finished September 22,2023, During this time I made many calls to this company to get answer for our concerns and the staff did an outstanding answering our phone calls with a person who was always helpful in getting us to the right person. My grand daughter recommended that I look into working with US Financial Relief. With all the fees and interest, I was in debt for $28,830.00. US Financial Relief got my debt settled for $10,585.42, saving me $18,244.58. I could not believe it. I actually just graduated today and could not be happier. Their service is amazing and I was informed of every settlement offer and they explained it all to me very clearly so that I would understand. I was very nervous about the program but I have to say that US Fainancial Relief provide me with all the answers and help me get all my bills paid and got me out off court and when ever I had a question about anything they where there it feels so good to know that I have done this program.I thank them and God for putting me in there Hands where I was helped and feel good so I recommend this company to anyone who is stressed and need help they are the best for sure.I dont think I could have done it if I was by my self but with the great teamwork and it felt like you where talking to your family member so much help!
