I had contact Smiles Brands Finance, inquiring on my account status since I was financing through them for a treatment. ******** had receive a letter that my account was paid in full and no payment was need, after confirming with the dental office and with billing deptartment. The finance department advise me I was incorrect that I was still showing an open balance ( which I do Agree) Advice why they sent me a letter stating that they were waiting for a payment from my insurance. advice If I can get something sent to my mailing address about account history with balance showing. Representative that assist me she said NO that they dont have no system that generates account status. Advice I need to keep track of what I am paying each month. she mention the following that they dont have the resources to send any paper statements? What finance company doesnt sent paper statements ? *** for her if she can email me something she also said NO ? at this time they have me wondering why they dont want to send anything? even when we have an Electric or cable bill they sent in billing statements each month. I need to validate my debt. Its desgrace that they don't want to provide any proof of remaining balance. Represantative was very kind she mention everything is verbally and over the phone.... How am I sopposed to have a back up of my balances each month and payments made to debt?
