This business was in charge of handling the billing for the dental office I went to have oral surgery at (Dentists of *********.). I was overcharged which happens, so midway into making my payments on my surgery I called in to check on my progress. After digging deeper I found out about the overcharge. It was $600. The first two weeks they provided me with half of the money to my account & told me the rest would come in the form of a check. I waited two weeks only to receive $17. I pushed harder & was told by a higher up that they sent the $300 to my account (never happened) & I contacted my bank to prove this never happened. Contacted *** again & was told they would look into it. Now they are saying they never got the $300 back after sending it out but I triple checked & my bank is 1000% certain they never received anything. They are still looking into it but truly a horrible experience. *** please have a higher up look into this & pay me back the money Im owed. I have been patient but now this is affecting my life negatively & proper action has not been taken.

Anytime I call, I get the same person... *****... whose been therr for 5 yeses, records and notes all her calls, and says I am not giving her enough time to recap what was told to the dentist. Pretty sinple dentist office approaches you I expect some sort of dognofied approach to understanding my bill and being told to refer to the handbook or my dentsl offoce telling my they were also told the same. ***** approached in the same manner has been helful aside from what they wont cover. Pacific spurce will not give a yes or no prior to the dentist visit everytime either my dentist or I call we get the same darn person who has an ego problem and is not there too help. If you are reading this and considering pacific sohrce dental as a health care provider, sinply put... Do not. The effort far exceeds the value. I dont call in under excruciating pain to habe a mental joust with a dental medical code wannabe expert that cannot even answer the most mundane of cocerage quedtions. Absolute pain and wouldnt recommend this compant to anyone.

That's what happened to me at ******* Smiles Dentistry. There are so many of these offices operating in ********** that are doing the same thing. They all have to SmileGeneration logo and it's like a huge spider web. SCAN Delta Dental ******** Advantage is investigating it. There is so much fraud everywhere! The sad part is that my dental hygienist and my actual General Dentist is so sweet and she just got out of school. She's really good and I hate to see her caught ** in this organized scam. They have overcharged me and I am asking to be reimbursed for the amount and they are going to have to reimburse me at least $2900 for the procedures. Everything I have been reading is their Modus Operendai to get you in the chair. They didn't even give me my Delta Dental pre-authorization for services. They didn't go over cost before I agreed to the procedures. They didn't say anything about my insurance. They just had me paying the guarantor fee of $1,000. My Chart says I owe $2210.56 and on the billing I received, they show my insurance only paid $1361.00 for 2 small procedures and Delta Dental said they were not advised before the services were performed. They said I exhausted my yearly coverage and said that I needed to pay for the remaining. The total bill for 2 root canals and deep cleaning, cerec crowns and onlays is $7,057.50. I have paid $4308.25 in Initial Guarantor Arrangement payment, a MyChart payment, another guarantor payment, and a Wellfit (DBA SmartPay) payment (which says ***** card (LOCKBOX). The total amount they told me was $8,000 and they have a dollar amount of $7,057.50 - $4,308.25 (out of pocket payment to them) = a balance of $2749.50. Then they put adjustments $59.50 must be that special they put on their windows for cleaning and xrays. They did not offer me options on the crowns and they Root canal itself cost ******* and said that the discount was ****** and they billed it to me. Has anyone researched for class action lawsuit. I am. That is sure.

Terrible management practices while having a recent crown procedure at a dentist's office in ********. This business runs the financial aspects and insurance relationships. There is zero respect for patients. People are expected to sign electronic paperwork when they walk in the door, without seeing the information printed. The dentist will not discuss treatment without commercials being discussed in parallel. It's obvious that this business is incentivized to overcharge patients, recommend upgraded services, and charge upfront fees twice as costly as what the insurance plan will allow. If you dare call the dental office regarding a refund you are owed, you are sent to voicemail for weeks and the strategy is that you will just go away. Ask your dentist if Pacific Dental Services is involved in their operations. If it is, run fast!
