            I bought an Eleaf iStick from a vendor in my hometown. Only a few days after purchase, the product stopped working. I couldn't get it to work and only got "no atomizer" or "atomizer low" error messages. I'm now out $45 for nothing!!!!!I emailed Eleaf and they were no help and told me to contact the store I bought it from. The store would offer no help, so I contacted the company again via email. Got the run around, saying I'd have to deal with the store I bought it from, even though it was their product. I tried the store again to get the issue reaolved, with no luck. I emailed Eleaf again and asked for an exchange. No refund or anything like that, but simply an exchange of their defective product so I didn't lose $45 on absolutely nothing. They wouldn't help me at all.

            Eleaf is an online vape store. I placed an order with them and I have not received my order. When I contacted them about the order they gave me the run around and their only response is the shipping policy. They can't tell me where my order is or when to expect delivery. They are like drones. When you contact them they keep giving you useless information and they don't answer your questions or make an attempt to resolve the situation. Do not order from this company because if you do and there is a problem they will not help you and you are on your own.
