Spark is scamming its drivers left and right. I had a similar issue to another complaint on here- I was referred by a relative in an eligible zone and was in the same zone 100% positive we did everything correct I entered his referral code. We followed instructions to a T! I busted my **** to complete the 20 trips required and we never got any bonus. The person who referred me contacted spark with no response and so I reached out as well and got the run around of course. They claim driver not eligible which makes absolutely no sense. And before someone says he did something wrong his a count is in good standings as is mine. This isnt the first time he has had issues with spark either. Hes gone to a store for a batch pickup and had to wait hours for it and been promised extra compensation for his time if he completed the order and no follow through; even spoke with a manager and still nothing. If that wasnt bad enough now this with the referral. They are scamming people saying they will give bonuses for referring other drivers with no intention of actually doing so! Its ridiculous. As far as Im concerned spark owes myself and my referral person what we were promised and its ridiculous that they wont deliver on that! If nothing gets resolved we will be contacting the attorney general In our state to try and get compensation. I am absolutely astounded by the lack of professionalism in this company and I am going to tell everyone I know how much they **** and not to use their service. I applied to be a delivery driver on April 29th and still have not heard anything as far as my application goes. Others in my area were approved in a week. I have a clean driving record. However, my insurance has expired since applying and it is not allowing me to upload my current insurance that renewed. I have sent messages and tried to call to get an update on my application status and nobody is responding back to me. You can't leave messages any longer when you call because the mailbox is full. I submitted an application on 5/30/2022, and in the responding email I received from DDI, said my application to drive for Spark would be reviewed and completed within 3-7 business days. After ******************************************* which i got a response that someone would reach out to me within 72 hours. No one has reached out, I have since submitted 3 other requests and have not gotten a response other than the same generic response of someone will reach out to you within 72 hours....... it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE that this company has people's information such as DL #, SSN, And various other PII they just sit on and refuse to respond.... Typical ********** nonsense... I bet its due to no one in that god forsaken state wanting to work but this company needs to get it together or just fold.Initial Complaint

I signed up for Spark. I called spark customer service because I didnt see anything about setting up my bank account to receive the money I worked for. They informed me after my first trip I would be getting a link that would be for me to set up my banking info. That never happened, I called again and this lady told me I have to wait a week from my first delivery to receive the link, it still hasnt happened. I reached out to DDI after my first trip about the link and they still have yet to get back to me although they state they will get back to me within 72 hours, it never happened. I called again to get a phone number for DDI since they dont respond to their ticket emails. I call and it redirected me back to the Spark app that has nothing to do with me getting my payments. I finally found the accounting department where no one was there to answer the calls so I was directed straight to voicemail where the voicemail box was full and I couldnt even leave a message. Ive created two tickets with them and neither have been responded to. They seem to be a scam and dont want to give me my money that I worked for. Its been over a week since Ive been dealing with this and I need this money to take care of my home and they have no desire to even help. I need this link sent to me so I can get my money.Initial Complaint

I am a new spark driver and I have tried to contact the people over at DDI for about a week about setting up how to get paid by the app and I never received it when I signed up for the app and I've tried to contact the app for support and there is probably only one person to talk to on this phone line. I use this app to help supplement my income and they are giving me a really hard time going about paying my bills. They say that they have one of their Managers on their end contact people but I don't really believe that they do that. No wonder they have an F rating they simply do not care or basically do not exist. I would like so form of contact from them within the next 48 hours please thank uInitial Complaint

I need help with Delivery Drivers Inc. i am new driver and I am having trouble with contacting DDI *************** to send me the link to set up my account to be paid I was told you must contact them which I did by email, calling etc. I did also contact DDI support for the past 48 hours but to no avail Today I was told I must contact DDI Accounting to have the link sent so I could set up to be paid The ** said "you've been calling and trying to help and no one has responded this is something that should have been sent to you immediately as ******* HQ expects sounds like we have been failing you but unfortantely I am sorry but I wish I could send you the link it seems like wide spread issues of drivers not getting set up emails text or links . I thanked her I was then told by their driver support help to call ACCIUNTING as this is the only way you get paid and you must reach out to them as they will not let us send you it I was given *****************-************ to no avail . It seems like ongoing issues. DDI does not respond to emails they tell " You we received your email and a case number but since April nothing is ever resolved. So due to disorganization by this company, it seems like they are just a startup and it cost drivers customers and ******* a disservice in my opinion as ******* Missionstatement indicates that they pride themselves in quality and excellence with their delivery business I did tell a ******* MGR about ongoing issues and so I am tired and DDI is preventing me each day from driving and servicing ******* customers Please this not to say it is ******* but the 3rd party they contracted with It sounds like they are so overwhelmed. I applied back in April 2022 with spark to drive for ******* home delivery I chose a area that been open for a while. I have emailed them numerous of times, they wouldn't return my email nor will they call me, I applied from *************** area for food delivery, I see other areas open, but they aren't calling me back to give me the opportunity to change my location. I use to drive for ******* when they was with doordash. I have been on the waiting list since April of 2022. Not to mention I don't know why they sent me a background check with information from like 20 years ago. I don't have a problem working nowhere that i have applied.Initial Complaint

On May 10, I applied for a delivery position at Spark, which uses DDI to process applications. I completed my application, and was told I would receive a response in 3-7 business days. After 2 weeks, I had received no response. I completed their customer service contact page from my account and received no response. I made multiple attempts to reach DDI by phone, and received a message that the voicemail box was full. I sent an email to ******************************** seeking assistance, and was touted back to the same customer service contact page. There does not appear to be any way to actually reach a person to try to resolve the situation.Initial Complaint

Account was deactivated for no reason I called trying to resolve the issue just for them to say it was uphold I use spark as a primary source of income the incident happend on April 1 and I been trying to get it reactivated since please help
