      I've received numerous letters that are incredibly deceiving. They look as though it's an official government letter with economic relief info. I've tried calling the numbers to stop them from sending me more junk mail and they say they need my Social Security Number to stop receiving this mail I never agreed to received nor did I sign up for.

      On 6-20-24 I received an official looking letter in the mail claiming to be from a state program. Upon opening it I discovered it was just an ad for a loan. I find this business practice to be both deceptive and predatory. If I receive another deceptive communication from this company in the future I will file a complaint with the state DA to make sure this predatory company is not allowed to operate in our state.

      I highly suspect this company obtained some financial information I submitted to another company (nationaldebtrelief) as the information their printed on their highly deceptive mailing (e.g. fashioned to look like its an actual check coming from a government agency) just so happens to match closely enough. Extremely dishonest approach that quite frankly I find revolting, especially since theyre attempting to prey on the desperation of those suffering from credit debt.

      I received a mailing that I was pre-approved for an economic relief loan in the amount of $25,000 with a 5.99% interest rate and payment of $500 per month to be paid off in 5 years. When I contacted the company online, I received a call, text and email back. I had to give sensitive personal information over the phone all to be told a I was not approved for the loan after about 45 minutes on the phone. It is disingenuous to tell a person they are pre-approved for a loan and then decline to provide a loan and waste everyone's time and cause stress. I would like this company to change their marking practices and not tell people they are pre-approved when they are not. I believe they should be required to fulfil the promise made in the mailing.

      We received a piece of mail that appeared to be an official communication from a government program. However, upon contacting the associated company via telephone, we encountered a representative whose demeanor was unpleasant and uncooperative. Despite our request, this individual refused to provide information via email for our careful examination. Insistently, he demanded our bank routing and account numbers under the guise of processing some form of payment. His explanation regarding the nature of the payment was unclear and dubious; he repeatedly claimed it would facilitate zero-interest debt relief without actually paying off our existing debts. This contradiction raised concerns about the legitimacy of their services. He failed to give specifics when interrogated about the purpose of the payment or the mechanics of the purported "loan" they were offering. Given the lack of transparency and the pressure to disclose sensitive financial information without due diligence, our overall perception of this company is extremely negative. The call had all the hallmarks of a potential scam operation.

      Since June 21st, 2022, I have been enrolled in the Opt-Out Prescreen System to avoid unsolicited loan offers. Despite this precaution, Priority Plus Financial LLC has persistently violated this preference by sending me postal offers for their loan services, disregarding the protections I have put in place. The most recent one received in March of 2024. Furthermore, the company employs what I consider to be unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices (UDAAP) in their marketing strategies, using emotionally charged phrases such as 'Economic Relief' for 'Affected Families' to exploit consumers' vulnerabilities. This not only causes significant annoyance but also wastes my time as I manage unwanted correspondence in my physical mailbox. I request that the BBB take action to ensure Priority Plus Financial LLC ceases all communication with me, adheres to the OptOut Prescreen system's guidelines, and halts any practices that could be construed as UDAAP violations.

      I received a mailing saying I was receiving economic relief that looked like a tax form and an official government document from this company. The envelope even included a threat of a fine and jail time. These marketing practices are misleading and disgusting. I want to be removed from this companies future mailings immediately and have them cease these marketing tactics.

      I think this company is a lie. They filled our mailboxes with their marketing letter saying they would give us a loan, and when we applied, because of the low interest, and small payment, they said they could not approve the loan because we had a lot of things to pay. Of course, we do, and we pay it all, as they can see, and we don't usually pay late, that is why we applied, or they think we don't have any debt, and we just want to have more money on our accounts? That is so stupid. What they should be looking at is if the person pays all her bills, not the amount of bills the person has to pay. If they were looking to help as the letter says, they would approve people who have a lot of bills but manage to pay it all, so we could have at least 3 bills consolidated in one with less interest and smaller monthly payments. That is what they imply in their letter, but this is not what they do, so it is a lie, it is fake marketing, and should be penalized for that. I hope they take me out of their list, and people, don't waste your time with them. Look for a better company that respects you and your time, and that understands more of finance management.

      Priority Plus Financial offers loans as low as ****% for those who qualify. Many factors are considered before determining the risk and offering a rate based on multiple factors. 

      Fico score is only one of the factors. Due to privacy issues, We cannot speak on specifics for this client, but we can tell you that they still need to meet the necessary requirements to qualify for our lowest rate. The offer given to the client based on their situation was very competitive.

      I submitted an application to Priority Plus after receiving a mailing. I was immediately text messaged by a representative named ****, who I was unable to reach when I called the main number on their website. When I finally spoke with her and expressed my concerns about privacy and security, she said they are a BBB-Accredited business and take security seriously. She said I'd have a response within a few hours about my loan request. It has now been over a week and **** has been unresponsive. I want to ensure that this company has not stolen my personal information.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********.  However, I am not at all satisfied with how Priority Plus Financial handled this process, including the fact that one of the main reasons that upper management contacted me was to try to get me to drop the BBB Complaint so that they did not get any "bad press", as they directly stated.  They then seemed confused when I told them that I would not agree to do that without them responding, as I believe that the process should be seen through to its conclusion.  Ultimately, as long as my personal information is secure, I will accept that the BBB Case be closed at this time.  I just would not recommend anyone do business with this company, as they operate in a very shady manner.

      I was looking into debt consolidation, and when I first spoke with the company they seemed very helpful. Nice, polite etc. then when I started to really do some digging and research about the company and asking questions the representative ************************* became rather irritated and frustrated about me asking questions. Then I was transferred to the manager who then was nice enough, but when I called to basically say I actually did not want to go through with the company, I couldnt get ahold of ANYONE. Now Im stuck with something I dont want to go through with and that is a terrible feeling, Ill be making sure my bank is aware to block this company from taking money. This company is not trustworthy. BEWARE.
