  Got some of the best help from ****** yesterday! Im not the brightest person but he made everything super simple to understand! Gave me all the answers I needed to make a decision and I know I made the right one going with Acceptance!

  ************ has been the BEST from the very beginning and I consider myself lucky that he was the one that answered the phone. During a time where I have felt a bit like a failure he really has made me feel so much better about the decision *** made. Not only has he made me feel better, hes just wonderful to talk to. Hes called me every time Ive reached out to ask another handful of questions, he checked in on me to ensure that Ive received all the information and support I need and he's treated me like a person and not just a customer. I cant tell you how much I appreciate him

  Let me just start by saying ****** has been the best help Ive had all year, going to the end the year worry free! Nothing felt rushed and she answered all my questions and helped me understand what was still a bit confusing. She made everything clear for me. Will definitely be recommending Acceptance to some family members!

  I received a letter in the mail stating that I prequalified for $25,000.00, so I gave them a call and I spoke with a representative who's name is ************************* she was really nice, she asked for my checking account and routing number which I did give her and she told me not to pay any of my credit card bills nor the personal loan that I have. I let her know that I always pay my bills on time and she told me not to worry because Acceptance Financial will cover it. She also told me that I would also receive some forms in the mail which I haven't received. She gave me her direct number and I have been calling her for several days and leaving voice messages and she has not contacted me. I have given her my SSN as well although I was a bit skeptical about giving my bank and all other personal info but I trusted her because she was very kind and seemed to be very honest. But now I wish I hadn't done it. She also told me that I would receive the loan which I haven't she also gave me the monthly amount I would have to pay which was an amount that was well worth applying for the loan. I am highly disappointed.

  I called Acceptance after hearing from a friend that they helped him with a loan to consolidate some debts. I spoke with **** who was very professional and presented my options to me without being pushy! Thanks again for all of your help!

  I received a letter for debt consolidation however, when calling and starting the process I was unknowingly offered debt settlement instead. I was called and told that I needed to have a pen and paper immediately to write everything down as ********* was too busy with other calls to repeat herself. She informed me of the offer, had me quickly pull it up on my phone, told me it wouldnt hurt my credit to proceed with debt settlement (which is not true), and that I needed to let her know immediately what bank and routing number I wanted to utilize in accepting the offer. I felt rushed and entirely like an inconvenience in taking a moment to think it over. I was also informed to not talk to my bank and that my accounts will all be in default so I would end up needing to close my accounts being utilized with that bank. It all seemed very shady, rushed, and with a lot of misinformation. I work nights and have received two phone calls back with rude and off putting voicemails asking why I have not responded yet, which was when I was sleeping, and that the ********* has lots of clients that she is working with so I shouldnt waste her time. I refuse to do business when I am not fully informed on what Im signing for and when the customer service is horrible and pushy.

  We all had times in our lives, when we need some help financially. Maybe thorough mistakes of our own, or circumstances beyond our control. I was in that place, and received a mail offer from Acceptance Financial. I was incredibly leery, because of past experiences, but I made the call. ******************* returned my call, and put me at ease within minutes. He was very kind, not condescending at all. He not only worked with me to find the best loan to consolidate my debt, but he also offered very sound financial advice as well. This is coming from a real person, not a bot, with nothing to gain from writing this review. Take my word for it, Acceptance Financial is a legit company. No scam. And you will be in good hands with them.

  I had the pleasure of working with ***********************. I enjoy his communcation, attention to detail and ability to break down each item as needed to help me understand what I was working with. His communication and knowledge of the program made it a smooth process and if there was any turbulance, he was quick to adapt and explain. Thank you ************** for your assistance.
