    I've tried calling the number for 2 days . Doesn't ring it just hangs up . My last payment is to be drafted out on the 28th of this month. And it's not a full payment. This is very frustrating.

    Your account was transferred last year in September 2022 to APFSC. We do not service your account. Your were notified numerous times of the transfer and have been making payments with APFSC for almost 1 year. Please call ************ Option 3.     I had a dispute with my bank over what I owed them after I thought I had paid off the account in full. I called Meridian customer service several times regarding the status of my issue. My "agent" for the account was NEVER available to talk to me. I must have left a total of about 8 messages to hear outlining the issue and I never once got a call back from her. Sure, they took my money out each month and paid the creditor/ but as far as communication went it was a total ZERO.

    *** tried contacting them by phone and on their website which is always offline. All I want is a balance of my account and what my payment will be after *********** is paid off. They never send a receipt or a letter giving this information. I also sent an email but all I relieved was a message stating a payment would be taken out of my account which I already know about. There is no other information. I would like a statement if my account thats only fair and reasonable. I feel Ive been scammed.

    I am of the opinion that Meredian has indeed saved me from financial disaster!I will soon have two credit cards paid off and I am working on the third!Thank you so much for this Blessed help! The process was not too complicated and the staff were very nice to work with and very competent.
