Thank you for your feedback. Were sorry for any confusion regarding our payment options. As a company that provides financing for medical treatments and procedures, we do not offer medical services ourselves. This means our payment plans may not qualify as a medical expense under *** guidelines, which could have significant financial and tax implications for you. To protect our customers, we are unable to accept HSA payments. We strive to be transparent about our accepted payment methods, and detailed information is available on our website at **********************************. We regret if this was not clear during the signup process and will review how we communicate this to prevent future misunderstandings. If you have further concerns or questions, please reach out to our support team. We value your trust and are here to *********** regards,PatientFi Member SupportReview fromMadeline M

Total shell game scam. They ply you with ********************************* full when you auto-debit. I set up auto debit for the amount they told me would be required to pay in full. They debited different monthly amounts during the course of the 18 months making it very difficult to track - which in hindsight is exactly what they were trying to achieve. Clearly wanted to create confusion so that they would b e able to hammer me with interest charges. Then they started applying 100-% of my payments to interest and $0 to principle -and they charged me late fees for not paying principle!?!?! When I called to discuss and try to work out a reasonable solution I was told my case would be referred to review and a supervisor would call me within 15 days. A month later no contact. When I called back I was told they could not explain why it was never sent to review and would escalate. A month later and no contact. When I called they said the same thing. They are clearly playing the game of "keep denying until they just give up". These are bad people preying on innocent individuals. Never had any intention of allowing me to pay in full for interest free and very sketchy - if not illegal tactics by applying 100% of my payments to interest and nothing to principle and then charging me late fee!PatientFi Inc

Hi ******, Were sorry to hear about your disappointment and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand that missing the promotional payoff date can be frustrating, especially when life gets busy. Our contracts and statements include the promotional end date to help borrowers stay informed about their payoff *********** this case, the promotional period ended on September 9, and the final payment was not made until 43 days after the promotional end date. We arent able to make adjustments to the contract terms. If you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out to our support team directly. Thank you for sharing your feedback.Review fromColleen S

1 starI have never had seen such deceptive practices in my life. Out of the blue I get an email with the subject line ? Thinking this was a scam I call my provider and they let me know that my rewards plan is now being handled by PatientFi and they didnt even know about it. I call PatientFi and they tell me its a loan program. I didnt need a loan. They start sending me bills and open 2 accounts in my name. I had to cancel these accounts I didnt even open, then they say they owe me $20 (I have documentation on all this.) Then, I start getting bills for $198 (2) on these closed account. Mind you, I am away in military training and have limited access to internet. I cant tell if this is a scam or real and the employees arent convincing me otherwise. They cant provide me documentation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, REAL OR NOT.Review fromGerard C

At this time, I have found PatientFi to be extremely frustrating and difficult to work with. I have been dealing with a loan payoff issue now for weeks and have continually been provide generic responses around resolution. The payment calculator had an error which held back 5 cents from my final payment which has now turned into over $500 in interest. A ticket was submitted weeks ago and after speaking to 5 different reps on numerous occasions, Ive only been informed its in process. Im now 2 days out from a bill due date for this interest which I shouldnt be paying bc I had submitted the payoff amount in the timeframe allotted per their instructions. Escalating this issue has been awful and Im now in holding pattern awaiting a decision and call from a supervisor. And am now just being told there is no guarantee this will be resolved. Also PatientFi indicates theyre awaiting response from lender but when I spoke to the lender they indicated they have nothing to do with this. I feel as though Ive been given the runaround and will be left with no resolution. Currently I would not recommend this organization.PatientFi Inc

Deceptive, discriminatory, shady. I was told after being denied today by a representative that they dont accept anyone who has ever had a bankruptcy. Mine was 5 years ago and its obvious law that you cant file again for 10 years. This is not disclosed anywhere and is discriminatory. I have a new car, multiple credit cards, and lines of credit (not being used) I will take my business elsewhere.PatientFi Inc

Hi ******,Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take any complaint of discrimination with the utmost discernment. After reviewing your application, we can confirm that the decision was made impartially and without bias. We understand and empathize with your situation; however, declaring bankruptcy can have a severe impact on your credit profile. The decision was based purely on your credit profile and history. I received a final payment email from them. A few weeks later I received a bill. I called to say I already paid. No, they say it wasn't the final payment. SO I PAY AGAIN. Then they say it wasnt the final payment/ Naturally I think something is wrong. I call to ask them to explain. Apparently I missed a payment? But that was never communicated or clearly marked. So I ask for an email or letter to confirm that the next payment is indeed the final payment. I asked for at least 2 pieces of correspondence to confirm this because the situation is already ridiculous. SO I PAY AGAIN. And receive a note saying that it is the final payment. Terrible, ************************** Unless it's life or death don't use this.PatientFi Inc
