    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - SCAM WARNING ************ is a complete scam. We were promised delivery of our equipment within 6-8 weeks, and it's now been over 6 months with nothing delivered. Communication has been nonexistent--Yassir, our contact, repeatedly made excuses and then completely stopped responding.Recently, we were told the parts needed to build our machine were discontinued and that they had no solution, no alternative, and no plan. And now, we're being completely ignored.After doing more research, I discovered numerous similar complaints--same pattern, same excuses. We will be reporting this company to the Attorney General for fraud.We are a certified MWBE 501(c)(3) nonprofit and have lost critical funding, business opportunities, and were forced to cancel half a year's worth of programming because of their failure to deliver.If you can't provide the product a customer paid for--and you have no alternative--you refund them. You don't disappear and leave organizations like ours hanging.I have zero confidence in this company. Avoid them at all costs.

    4th Dimension Apparel uses an Omniprint 330TX for our apparel production. Recently we ran into a few small issues and needed the support of the Omniprint team. This process was smooth and extremely helpful in getting our machine back up and running, allowing us to resume our business as usual.

    I first want say that I have owned my OmniPrint Printer 330TX Plus for about 3 years, and I LOVE my printer. I have not had many issues with it aside from the maintenance, which everything needs to be maintained to work properly. Through social media and like platforms, I was swayed to trying other inks and dampers, as well as changing environments which has taken me far from the quality of print and product from where I started with OmniPrint. I contacted **** from OmniPrint, he is kind and patient and has walked me through the steps in making sure my printer is in Great printing condition. From ensuring there was no sludge in my containers, to the consistent flow through my ink tubes that flow to and through my print head to my product. The other companies that I have purchased parts and ink from, can not tell me why my white ink flow is having print issues, they can not diagnose any issues because they do not know my printer. I am switching back to OmniPrint Ink, Dampers, environments and **************** as they are the only ones that know their product. Their dampers and ink were created for their printers and I have never had an issue or problem with this company getting help as soon as I need it, I am proud to be going back fully to them. thank you OmniPrint for my printer, and being there when I need you.

    I am brand new to *** and DTG so I had tons of questions, and I also ran into some tricky issues along the way. I had ***** ****** as my guide along the way, and he was incredible! Since the new people have taken over this company, It has tremendously improved. **** ******** is the most patient person I have ever met. He has helped me get my machine back up and running. I'm so excited for the journey ahead. He has made me a customer again. I'm thankful we connected and got the ball rolling.Thanks ****! I appreciate you ???? I can appreciate a company that realizes they need to come in and clean up their house because of the previous owners of the company destroying it

    Spent a total of $60,737.28 with Omniprint International on two Freejet330tx Plus DTG Printers, two Stahls Heat Presses, a Direct Treater Dual Pre-treatment Machine, and associated ink and parts. Additionally, I have spent $10,500.00 hiring outside professionals to try and get these machines operational, bringing my total investment to $74,237.28. Despite these efforts, I have been unable to produce a single garment using their equipment.Omniprint advertises their products as fully functional and capable of working together to produce printed garments. However, in my experience, their equipment fails entirely to perform as promised. Here are the main issues I have encountered:1.The Direct Treater Dual pre-treatment machine frequently clogs and does not spray properly, rendering it unusable. Additionally, Omniprint no longer supplies original filters for the machine.2.The Freejet330tx Plus printers routinely malfunction. They stop mid-print, display blinking lights, error messages, or fail to operate altogether. Despite following all instructions, including troubleshooting via Omniprints own ******* channel, the printers remain non-functional.Due to these ongoing problems, I reached out to Omniprints customer support numerous times. Their response has been inadequate and dismissive. When asked specific questions about troubleshooting, their team stated that I wouldnt understand. They dont send technicians out, they simply do nothing for their customers. Their printers and pre-treatment machines remain unusable.This situation has caused me significant financial losses, wasted time, and has negatively impacted my business.

    Shierka ******* spent almost $36,000 on a printer to expand her business, SVG on Demand.But she never received it, so she called ****** Responds for help.******* purchased the printer from OmniPrint International, a California-based company, at a tradeshow this spring.She said she was told to expect the printer in ****.But **** comes and goes, No printer, she said.July, August, September - still no printer had arrived.

    We're blessed to have ****** ****** as our Account Account Manager. We have been involved with Omniprint going on 3 years now. Everyone we've encountered have been an absolute pleasure to work with. We now have a full DTG and DTF print shop and we receive outstanding customer and product support. We know that we made the correct decision, to build with Omniprint and launch our Print in Demand Business; The sky is the limit for Tree House Print Factory.
