      The tech *********************** was awesome. After dealing with the previous tech for 8 months with my problems getting worse and after $4000 spent, ***** was the most knowledgeable and figured out the problems with ease. I was upset bc my business was down almost a year but ***** got me right.

      I am so grateful to Tech suppport ****** for helping me. I am way out of warranty, and yet he spent 2 hours helping me get all of my software re-installed on a new computer. I felt he went way above and beyond for me. Very professional, very nice guy. Thanks ******

      Ive been with omni for 4 yrs. Over the course of that time I have changed countless consumable parts. Printheads, top/bottom boards, dampers, pumps, encoder strip etc. I have a computer background and feel capable of installing parts as needed with the help of their Tech Support through zoom calls. My problem is when the problem cant be diagnosed thru a zoom call. Ex a ticket that was open for 3 months on or around 8/21 *****. The issue was the yellow ink not flowing through multiple meetings with Techs it went unresolved. Culminating in me making my 2nd trip to bring the printer back to ****** from ************ for an in house diagnostic. This is a specialized piece of equipment this can not be shipped back with UPS.At the time it was cheaper and more time efficient to get a rental and bring it down. This equipment is large and around 200lbs. You need to get a mini van or truck. Added cost from the rental company, has, hotel etc. The machine was in ****** for 2 weeks. I again drove down to pick it up. Only to arrive back home with the lines still not running. **** resolved this headache by sending a Tech Cui to my home.He notes that the printhead installed in house was bad amongst other issues. Im currently dealing with a ticket ***** that is now ***** This issue that is still ongoing was 1st reported 12/23. After talking with 4 Techs ************************** and ******. No resolution I was then introduced to a level 3 tech *****. ***** informed me that he had never seen this issue in his 4 years at omni. ***** extended our warranty for the 2nd time 1-17-14. After changing 2 boards no resolve. I was then introduced to Matt.Matt looks to upscale on parts that are currently functioning ok. Tells me to bring the machine back to LA a 3rd time in 4 yrs. Shipped is an additional $1500 in house call is now 4K. I looked to order a printhead in hopes of resolve.The part was never shipped and my Tech appt to install was canceled. As of **** no resolve. No response to email or call

      I love the weekly creators board room, they have such helpful information and we get to connect to the Omniprint family. I have had my Omniprint 330TX plus for 3 years now and I love it. The machine does both direct to garment and direct to film. I am a graphic artist of 17 years and I love being able to design my graphics and the machine prints vibrant colors to put on any garment. I love that Omniprint takes their R&D very serious and are always happy to see in realtime any issues or questions I may have. I love my Omniprint family. ****

      OmniPrint is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with in my 10 years of business. They sold me a non working machine a year ago and still a havent been able to fix the machine. They have no onsite support. They also dont follow the wording in their contracts. After a certain amount of tried fixes they are suppose to send out a new machine but they are refusing that and want me to pay to ship the old machine back and wait for them to fix it. After a whole year that is completely unacceptable. Via zoom their staff has walked us through maintenance but that has only been time and money wasted because none of that has worked. We tried to maintenance the machine to try to get it to work nearly a dozen times over the last year and to no avail. They refuse to send a technician to my store to fix it and wont replace the machine that has never worked. They are expecting me to pay to Ship the machine back and they want to send it back to me once its fixed. The list goes on and on but the most damaging is when I reached out to the *** ********************* he refused to do anything about this is***. Having 4 business myself I cant believe a company operates this way. I tried to do it their way for an entire year now I must take even more time and money out my schedule to *** this company. Reading the many reviews my lawyer believes their might *** be terms for a class action suit based on the number of companies that also have similar is***s. I shouldve checked here before purchasing. any business looking to purchase from Them please take my advice and stay far away.

      ****** was very helpful and was able to fit me in sooner than my original tech service was scheduled for. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and after getting the part we needed, had our printer up running quickly.
