  Try to opt out of one phone number, they come again with another. Same text each and every time, with no way of really opting out. What is our government doing about this? Do not call is a do not work. In any case, call 949 - six two zero - **** and talk to ***** about opting out. At this point in time this is their representative's name and number.

  My brokerage signed us up for this referral service and they proceeded to blow up my phone day and night with fake leads. Every single lead I called was basically like "what are you talking about, I'm not buying a house". It was not only embarrassing and a waste of time, but it damaged my reputation. I asked to discontinue the service, but it never stopped until I deleted the app. Then the cold calls and texts started...almost daily for months and months. I asked to be removed at least a dozen times and they still text me relentlessly, as if I never worked with them to begin with. This company is nothing but a SCAM and a nuisance and should be avoided at all costs. May god have mercy on your soul if they have your number.

  The salesman promised me quality leads in my zip code for 20% of my commission but then they said I have to invest $ ******** upfront so they know Im serious. Less than 8 hours later during onboarding orientation I realized that they cant deliver what they offered in my area so I called them to cancel the subscription and requested my initial investment to be refunded to my debit card that paid with. They said its not refundable!!! Its been over 2 months now, I cant reach them anymore they never answer the call. This a biggest scam I dont how other areas are and how many leads they are getting Im getting 0 leads in my area I hope you can help me to get my money back

  Hi *****,We do not issue a refund because the Annual Membership that was purchased thru signed docu-signed invoice dated September 8, 2022 calls for a 1 year marketing partnership, which after that period of time either client or SetSchedule may decide to terminate the agreement. Given the process for locating and converting prospects can be months, which might not even include the amount of time it takes to finalize a real estate transaction, we believe that a minimum of 1 year is necessary to truly maximize a partnership and evaluate its potential.Membership agreement ******************************************

  I understand that I signed the invoice, but the salesperson didn't even show me the platform where I could see what it looked like, and after I saw it the same day, I wanted to cancel my transaction, and I was told it was not refundable. So basically, you are selling a cat in the bag, charging over $ *****, and won't refund the money. As far as I know, in the US, we can cancel the transaction if we change our mind or if the service is not suitable for the business and it was less than 8 hours. I am not using it. There are no leads on my radar area. Please give me my money back. You have not spent a 1 dollar on my behalf, and you just kept my money that I worked hard to earn

  Dozens of SPAM texts won't stop from many recruiters. No matter how many people I ask to try to get the company to not contact me again, they keep coming. They typically won't even say what company they are with. Seeing reviews that's clear why.

  Most of the leads we received have been wrong numbers and no response. Terrible company and terrible leads and the worst money I have ever spent for my business.

  I hate that I can't give less than 1 star!! This company is HORRIBLE! I didn't even sign up for a paid membership and when I called to end the "referral radar" agreement, I was told they couldn't do it. I also asked to have my ENTIRE account deleted and I still get call, texts and emails. I have been going through this issue for over 2 months now and I still can't get my entire account deleted. This is a HORRIBLE company and I swear that I would never recommend this company to a fellow realtor!

  This service is a SCAM. I was told something completely different than what I received. I canceled the service less than 24 hours and they refused to give me my money back. Im out of $1776. They rush you to docusign and you have no idea what your getting into. I would never refer this company to anyone.

  Stay as far away from this company as possible. The sales person was a complete fraud and did explain the product properly or the refund policy. *************************** was our salesperson. He had no problem taking $6K from us, than didn't answer a phone call or text message. The company simply passes you along from person to person and thats if you can get a hold of them. We have contact **** and also the ******************** or Realtors to see if they can step to warn all *********** agents about the tactics of this company. The *** of the company was formerly charged with a Ponzi Scheme from his previous company. We have alerted both credit card companies associated with the charges not to pay and to Red Flag them. The company actually takes leads from other companies like Zillow and Realtor.com and pawns them off as their own. We have contacted numerous brokers to see if they have any realtors that would like to join the lawsuit. We asked for a Refund within hours our credit cards being charged. A refund could've stop this, but no one would help as here we go!
