Started May 2024 My floors were peeling finally in June 2024 after contacting interior floors and Mohawk they sent someone out and took a month to install then left me with no trim. I called ***** she had no in site as to what they did or didn't and she is from customer care. I asked to have a manager call me 2 days ago then called again today. She had NO address for the company to me to make a complaint to. I have spent 4 hours researching this is very poor employees don't even know there own business address or how to get me elevated. More transparent of business they don't answer the phone ***** had no known address to give me to send complain to. I sent emails no one got back to me I had to hut down names and numbers because workers left my floors installed and no trim. took 3 days for me to call and call and ask for what was going on. Unprofessional business practices. I would like a call or letter of explanation. How do you stay in business this way.??Business Response

IGL **** took over the company/accounts for ********************** **************** that installed the cabinets in my brand new condo in which I closed on in May of 2021. In November of 2023 the cabinet framing that is attached to a wall failed causing the structure to sag, the framing that is attached to the wall is completely separate and cracked. I noticed the home builder ****** who directed me to interior specialists, and through online searches/phone calls I was directed to ILG **** after multiple days 2 representatives texted and emailed me. I responded to both and had responses from ***** that they would look into this and never had a response. I have continued to follow up with no response. Purchased new house from Lennar Sep 2020, installed luxury vinyl flooring. Lennar one-year warranty is over, they referred me to Interior Logic Group, to seek assistance with quality issue. Vinyl plank has cracked and some warping is visible. Lennar provided phone ************, which is related to Interior Logic Group at **************************************. Phone provides only option to leave a voice message. I have left 4 voice messages since Apr 29, 2024; no one has responded. I left 2 voice messages at the home office number, ************, and also sent a message on the website Contact Us page. No response. I need someone to make these repairs.Business Response

I followed up with our ******************* for an update on this matter.
Unfortunately, my company is not authorized to contact the homeowner directly within this ******** of ************* All warranty claims are required to be submitted directly to Lennar and then Lennar opens a service ticket to ILG. We do not currently have an open ticket for this claim. However, as a follow up, I had my team reach out to ******************* from Lennar on 7/1 and he assigned the case to a Lennar CSR ***************** Rep), who will get a ticket created so we can start the process. From there, ILG is ready with our Field Manager to go out and inspect the floor. As soon as we complete the inspection and have a scope of work underway, we then have permission to contact the homeowner directly.
On behalf of ILG, I apologize for the delay. However, once we receive a ticket from Lennar, we will act urgently to move forward with the necessary actions.

Property Address: *********************************************************** Builder: Pulte My Wife and I purchased the above identified property in 2020 with escrow closing on February 26, 2021. We purchased the property with vinyl plank flooring installed throughout our home and began to notice issues with bounciness and elevated areas primarily in the living room, den and kitchen- we will step on parts of the floor and that creaks as the plan presses down the subflooring and have increased over the past month leaving some of our plans cracked along the edge where it connects to the adjoining plank in certain areas in our home We emailed Pulte customer service ******************** back in November 13. 2023 requesting assistance with our flooring issue I was redirected to Interior Logic Company the flooring company that did our flooring.On January 11 and 15- Interior Logic Company sent one of their specialist to measure moisture and apparently was deemed negative and refused to replace our flooring- leaving us with breaking floors with no one to hold anybody accountable for (please see attached letter from Interior Logic as reference) .We were extremely disappointed and wanted to get a second and "unbiased eye" -so my wife and I had a flooring specialist come out here and he noted seams are peaking and breaking and LVP installation was not done properly. I am informed that this issue is unequivocally the result of negligent construction with likely culprits being improper protection against moisture from the foundation, a shifting foundation, or an improperly leveled subflooring.I am highly disappointed inInterior Logics customer service and refusal to properly address this issue and take responsibility for what is clearly a covered incident. The floor has splintered my 5 year old son and is a serious health concern to my wife and our whole family. Our flooring and foundation was negligently installed and no one is owing accountability for anything.Initial Complaint

Tile work has not been completed in our front bathroom. Project started in October/November of last year. No one has worked on the tile in that bathroom since mid June. Tile inspector was here mid August for the 2nd time. He said the installer had the tile. Job hasnt been scheduled. We are expecting our first child in a few weeks and need the work completed ASAP. Tile inspector from ILG confirmed other projects need to be completed as well: missing backsplash we paid for at wet bar. Poor install of backsplash at kitchen.confirmed entire backsplash needs to be replacedprevious partial repair job in kitchen failed with marble. Material is available job just hasnt been scheduled for kitchen or wet bar. Master bath tub is sitting on floor since June and we havent been able to use Master Bath tub since last October. Tile work is not complete in master bath. Master bath **** fixtures damaged during last tile repair along with shower enclosure glass. A 3rd bathroom has tile damage with a few tiles that need to be replaced from previous repair but cant be fixed until other two bathrooms are functional. We closed on our house November of 2021 and just want to be able to enjoy our home with the new addition to our family.Initial Complaint

We paid for upgraded tile floors in our new home built by Pulte using this group as "installers." Now, 2 years later and with no heavy use on our floors - many of the floor tiles are chipped. This happens when the grout is not at the proper height for the tiles - leaving the edges exposed - which is the case in our home. Interior Logic will not fix nor warrant. See the two pictures submitted here and this is only a sampling. I filed a warranty claim about my foundation with ***************************** (TM). In response, TM sent ***************************** to my home to inspect the foundation. I showed ***** with a laser and tape measure that my foundations are not within standards. ***** even acknowledged the accuracy of my measurements, but then claimed that he was not sure of how to sell it to his Operations Manager, ***************************** and his operations manager, ****, then intentionally and willfully lied to TM representatives and told them that my foundation is within standard.Initial Complaint

I bought my granite counters from a company in ****, ** called *****************. Part of this work was that ***************** offered lifetime reseal of my granite counters. I went to call them today and the woman on the phone wouldn't help me at all to get this issue sorted. She told me I needed to call the 'warranty' department. When I asked for what that number is she said "I don't know". Asking to speak to someone that does know she wouldn't help. Apparently they have been bought out by ********************************. This ILG company is the subcontractor of Pulte homes- Divosta - ************************* ******* that being said, here we are in our 2.5 WEEKS old house that we can't even enjoy it nor ********** due to the major defects that we found recently- Tiles in the Master bath were not levelled /pitched that causes a puddle of water when taking a bath. The shower bottom sweeps were maliciously and deceptively cut the bottom flaps in order to fit between the glass door and floor. Moreover, the Floor tiles, Master and 2nd bath wall tiles were chipped, crack, lippage, hollow, stains residue, pin holes in grout, uneven color of grout and my tiles were glossy and **** finished all over the house and they have a very incompetent subs that they got "ILG" company. I closed my house 2/10/23 and not really happy with the workmanship and this company will be in the news sooner or later.Initial Complaint

We recently built a house. ILG did the flooring and it has been a nightmare. They still have not fixed the floors or carpet correctly. Our LVP flooring downstairs keeps lifting and they replaced a portion of the carpet upstairs so now it does not match the bedrooms. I was advised the bedroom carpet would be replaced but instead it has been empty promises of call backs and resolution. Our sub flooring rocks in several areas. The builder advised this is the responsibility of ILG and is no help either. Interior Logics Group needs to fix ALL of our flooring CORRECTLY immediately. I have spent a good 14 months trying to get resolution. People keep changing and reports get lost or only half turned in. My flooring downstairs has an area that does not match from their rep coming in with the wrong flooring to repair an area. They said they would be back within 2 weeks to fix it. That was July 2022. I need repairs done correctly immediately. Our new home should not have mismatched flooring. At this point all carpet needs to be replaced so it can match since it took 12 months of calls to finally get a portion done.
