      I had a loan originated by *********************, who is a loan officer ******** by LoanDepot. **** worked with me to get a loan valued at 80% the value of the home. This amount was specifically related to the fact that LoanDepot advised there could be a no-appraisal review of the home after 1 year and at that point the *** could be removed. I have emails relating to this because the *** being removed was extremely important to me. Now LoanDepot is not honoring their statement and is advising the *** must remain for 11 years. This is a blatent bait and switch tactic being used by LoanDepot.

      I applied for a ***** through Mortgage Assistance ******* (MAA) for people affected by Covid-19 for assistance on my mortgage payments. I have been in contact with LoanDepot several times concerning an electronic file that was sent over to them from MAA that they have not returned to them. A special **** with LoanDept handles the electronic file and it has yet to be returned from March 23. I am in desperate need of the assistance and this is the only thing they are waiting on. I need assistance in making sure they complete the information as soon as possible and send back over before the funds are exhausted. I have already been approved, they just need the file verifying the mortgage information so electronic payments can setup and any past due amount be paid. MAA needs the file returned immediatley. It is about to be 3 months and LoanDepot has not responded. Mortgage Assistance Contact numbr is **************. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

      In 2020 I had started with LoanDepot for my mortgage company. When interest rates had fallen I had decided to make the change to another company. LoanDepot in order to close my account had sent out a Escrow payment that was undisclosed that it was a payment. I reached out after opening it noticing it had been voided. I called them and for the last 5 months have been trying to get this money and a new check written out. I have had the same run around with different workers every month. From it will be sent out, we will need to send paperwork, is this the correct address, our office is working on writing your check, and so on. I have put in a case number with requirement to be called back or an email of the current status. They have not given me any letters or anything being sent as to why the money has not been disbursed. I would not do business with this company and do not recommend doing business with this company.

      I have been bombarded with robocalls from *********" with Loan Depot, every day, multiple times per day, for the past 3 weeks! The voicemails state they are calling me back about my loan application. I have NEVER applied for a loan with Loan Depot or any other loan companies! I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, but that doesn't seem to matter. I block the number, but they have never used the same number twice! I am very frustrated with this harassment!

      Loan Depot holds my mortgage. I made a clerical error and called load depot about my Jan payment. I was giving the incorrect information from the customer service rep which was recorded and verified that she did give me this wrong information. The result was I thought my Jan Statement was paid on time however it was not. Loan Depot has not put that on my credit report.....I feel this is a very unfair outcome based on their rep gave the wrong info and this call is recorded and has been proven.

      Company bought my info from another company without compensating me. Called multiple times after I made it clear that I didn't want their product. The rep on the phone pushed to transfer me to a sales rep no matter what I said. Spoke to a manager who transferred me to a sales rep even after I told her not to. Left a complaint with corporate, who was pleasant enough, but didn't accomplish anything besides putting me on a do not call list. Doing business with another lender does NOT mean that I want to speak with LoanDepot!

      There are a few factual errors here.

      1)  I haven't had any contact with Lending Tree in years.  There was no recent inquiry with them - Nothing on 3/25/23.

      2)  You called me multiple times on 4/6.  One girl disconnected the call and then I got a callback less than 5 min later.  Apparently she didn't document that call, but that doesn't mean that it didn't happen.  I gave your rep the phone number and calls times that it occurred.

      I got a VA Home Loan for 332k on Feb 3. My First payment was not due until 1 April. I had some extra money so i made early payments in Mark for 3100. Loan Depot gave me credit for the payments when i made them. Then on April 1, LoanDepot sold my loan and transferred the original amount of 332K like i had never made any payments. Now all I get is the run around saying it made take 60 days. They are a mortgage company and should have transfered the loan reflecting the REAL amount I owe. If the money does get transfer after I have talked to numberous people then I will not get back dated to the original date that I paid. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

      Mortgage was funded through Loan Deport and they offered a "grand slam" incentive. AnnMarie advised me about the program which was incorrect information. But anyway, I received a certificate for $1513.00 which is attached. I was told this is correct (email attached) and today I received a check for $513.00 (copy attached).

      Loandepot contacted me about a loan on my house. During the initial contact much information was requested and provided. I was required to pay for an appraisal and another charge. Next they asked for verification of income and I sent my 1099 forms, which they said were fine. Next they wanted all of my tax forms which I had trouble providing because my bookkeeper is out of town. The appraiser arrived and looked around and took pictures. I received only a partial appraisal since loandepot cancelled the appraisal. I paid for a full appraisal and they should not have cancelled it. I have called them leaving messages, I have sent emails, they have not responded to any of them. I called today and one person answered. When I said who it was and asked why he hasn't returned emails or phone calls he hung up on me. They either owe me a complete appraisal or my money back for that charge. It seems to be a complete scam to me.

      From Nov ‘22 to Mar ‘23 I attempted to refinance my condo especially to pay off a home equity line which was 8.5% variable. Loan Depot replied to an on line inquiry after Anerisave had done the same but dropped out because rates were high and appraisals were low. Loan Depot wanted to transfer an appraisal from Amerisave to them to use. Amerisave charged me $625 to transfer this document. Once Loan Depot received it it expired and did no good. I cannot get that money back from either company. The fee seems outrageous but LoN Depot wanted it and could have paid me back for it, especially since it expired and I was applying for the loan because my low fixed income is making living day to day difficult. Loan Depot has millions of dollars. I have none. They refunded me my application fee but no one seems able to reimburse me for $625 I will never see again and could use in so many ways. I am hoping some higher up in each company might realize they could pay $600 for dinner and not bat an eye and send me the money to pay part of my mortgage.
