  I am very pleased with ******** ****** and the incredible level of friendliness, kindness, and respect he showed me during my financial hardship. ******** was not only knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate. He truly turned a difficult time into an opportunity for growth and recovery. Thanks to ******** and New Capital, I was able to reduce my debt significantly and get back on track toward financial success. His ongoing check-ins have shown me that he genuinely cares about my progress and wee-being.

  ******** took my loan application. I gave him a brief history of how I got here. He assured me that he's helped people in similar scenarios. I was pessimistic about the outcome of that call but I'm so glad I did. Because of some missed payments and maxed out cards, I was denied the loan. Instead I opted to enroll into a program. ******** did a great job at describing how it would work, He is quite funny and reliable. He actually hiked the whole Appalachian trail and that's why he and I had so much in common as I also completed my thru hike in 2014!Anyway the plan is going to get my credit report back in shape and provide immediate relief. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Ask for ********, he's great!!!!!

  I want to warn others about my experience with this company. Initially, I received a preapproval offer that seemed legitimate, complete with polished materials and friendly representatives. However, after giving my sensitive information, I was directed to another site where I had to submit my data again, only to receive a list of random lendersturns out, theyre just brokers, not lenders.The entire process felt deceptive, and the marketing tactics are misleading at best. I've also noticed a flood of reviews that seem AI-generated, raising concerns about their authenticity.I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Protect your personal information and seek out more trustworthy options!

  I was very pleased with my experience. **** was very helpful and explained the whole process in a manner in which it was easy to understand. I was embarrassed and afraid and very reluctant to make the call, but **** treated me like a person, not just another loser that couldn't pay their bills. He was very compassionate and understanding, two qualities that you do not find when dealing with an unknown person on the other end of the line. He was able to answer each and every question I presented to him and he did so with a great deal of knowledge all from either schooling and or personal experience. His professionalism was unsurpassed anyone that I have had the need or opportunity to deal with in my lifetime, and let's just say, I am no spring chicken. This business is very fortunate to have **** representing them, he is a one of a kind!

  The person I spoke to was helpful and kind through the process. Just a little confused when he explained that I will need to stop paying the creditors but after reading the contract it clearly states not to stop paying. If I no longer pay it will eventually lead to collections, something that I want to avoid. Please explain this confusion and why I was told one thing but was given in writing to do the opposite.

  Don't trust this company. Literally just got off the phone with them after being disconnected numerous times. The last person I spoke with was full of sarcasm. I mentioned to him I now feel like I've been scammed. He made sarcastic comments saying what are we trying to steal your debts! I spoke kindly and stated I provided my social and birth date, that's what I feel has been stolen. He kept speaking over me as I tried to kindly explain. Initially I spoke with Guy who informed me I was a much better applicant than the rest. After trying to connect me with Nationwide he hung up. I never got a call back. I called feeling I've been scammed and kept getting disconnected or placed on hold. I initially called in for rates. I spoke with Guy, then ****, and I didn't catch the last person's name. The last person I spoke with made it feel as if I was in desperation to get a loan, and made sarcastic remarks as if he were doing me a favor. My loan offer in mail was for $19000 @6.49%. Who wouldn't call for those rates on a personal loan. I was asking for $12500. If I needed the loan so badly, I would've been asking for the full amount. I feel sorry for those who need a loan, as the employee belittles you, while at the same time says he is trying to help you out. ****** learned on these mailers. Never again.

  I don't believe the positive reviews for 1 moment. This is not a big company and they share an office space with other small businesses. There's nothing wrong with that, but that would explain the rudeness and combativeness when they run out of rebuttals or can't answer questions. These are not financial professionals. They are a middle man company aggressively trying to get commissions. And it's always the companies from ********** who don't take the time to learn customer service or professionalism. If you can't take rejection, do not get into sales. If you are not familiar with the financial industry, do not become a loan officer. Because fussing at someone because they don't like the terms of a consolidation loan is asinine at best. I better not see a hard pull on my credit either.
