We recently completed a refinance of our VA home loan with ClearPath Lending. The experience was outstanding. From beginning of the loan application to the final closing date we were kept in the loop every step of the way. Our loan consultant, **** ***, answered any all questions we had along the way. She made the process go seamlessly, which lowered our anxiety level greatly. This is not the first time we have used ClearPath/, each time was a pleasant experience. What a mess this one turned out to be, unlike any other refi I've done.**** *** handled it all, efficiently, without much in delays due to my confusing history (name).I tried to refi with the current mtg. holder, that failed, huge waste of time.Went running back to ClearPath, hooked up with Lily, wish I had started with *******, my second time with ClearPath, never going anywhere else.Professional, kind, really made it as easy as possible for **** would recommend ClearPath over any other.Thank you Lily!ClearPath Lending

Wouldnt recommended. Full of false hope and broken promises. The amount of spam calls that come when you apply is ridiculous. I get tons of phone calls from different companies while waiting for a response. Its like they sell your information off something. My senior loan officer ***** ***** is not good at keeping her word.Please dont waste your time with this company.ClearPath Lending

Mr. ********* as previously advised, we need to monitor rates and wait for rates to come down. Feel free to inquire with your Loan Officer for an update. To address your concern, ClearPath Lending does not sell your information. Any time you have a mortgage credit inquiry it will trigger and notify other mortgage companies.
