Mission advisory company part of mission credit keeps calling from numerous numbers (that I keep blocking. They leave messages about a $33,000 loan I am eligible for to remove all my debt with. Me and my beau both share the phone line they never say to whom the message is for and never explain how they came to be blowing up our phone with this BS. *** called and told them I owe no debt yet still I receive around 5+ calls from them daily along with numerous text. Ive called the number and pushed 9 to be placed on the no call list all that did was knock my calls down to 3 or 4 daily and up my text to 7 or 8 daily. I am fed up we would never give out our personal information that they want anyway especially to someone who harasses us with call and texts like they do. I just want it stopped!!!

For over a week I have not been able to access my mortgage information, nor have I been able to pay my mortgage. The phone lines for this business either say there is a technical error and hangs up, or to leave a message and they will call back, but they don't. I'm not sure how this is supposed to be handled and how I'm going to pay my mortgage when nobody can contact this business.

I receive WEEKLY *********************** documents sent by Mission Loans LLC, and disguised as an official document. These weekly mailers are actually attempts to get me to buy off on an equity loan with Mission Loans LLC. I have NEVER done business with this company and NEVER will. This harassment by Mission Loans LLC has gone on for over two years now, almost every single month, and often weeks in a row. I have sent the correspondence back with a request to be removed from these mailers, and I have called the Opt Out number with NO results. I will contact the ********** Secretary of State and ****** DA next, if I am not removed from these mailers within the next two weeks.

I applied to receive an home equity loan. My goal was to consolidate all of my bills into one and pay one mortgage payment. I shared with the officer that I had a low credit score, but she said they had approved others with a lower score. I reviewed the paperwork and initially my race was marked incorrectly. I supplied my paystubs, retirement accounts information, SSN card, driver's license. They came back asking for work location. I work as an IT professional and I work from home. They asked my employer to verify. Okay. I supplied all this information and I was told they could not approve the loan. I just don't understand why. I was told that they considered my home a second home even though I only have one home. Why do the rules change over and over? I was told there would be no problem and that ALL my paperwork checked out in my favor. I don't recommend anyone to use this company.

      *****************,

Mission Loans, LLC (the Company) has received and reviewed your complaint.  After receipt of your loan documentation, it was determined that the subject property was located in a different state as where you currently reside.  As explained to you by the Loan Officer, we must follow very strict guidelines as to occupancy requirements.  We understand that these guidelines can be confusing, and the Company apologizes that we were unable to make the guidelines restrictions work based on your loan request.  As such, today, the Company opted to refund the $600 appraisal fee back to your credit card.  It may take up to two weeks to see the refund depending on your credit card company. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at ********************************* or by toll free ************.

July 2023 I answered a call to Mission Loans while I had been browsing my financial options. I asked ********** what the interest rates were. He refused to answer me until he asked me all kinds of personal information. He insisted that he needed to know in order to give me an interest rate. I did not like the interest rate he eventually gave me and so I told him I was hanging up. He insisted that I continue with him and my last words were something to the effect that he wasted my time, I am uninterested in a loan, and I do not like what you are offering me. About a week later I received a loan package in the mail with all my personal and sensitive information for me to sign and return. I sent ********** an email stating that I DID NOT request this loan nor was I interested in obtaining a loan at all, and that this business practice was unacceptable, as I had no idea this was being mailed to me. It is possible someone could have stolen this information from my mailbox. I asked him never to contact me again in any way. I ripped up the packet and through it away.Today I received a letter from ********** stating that I still had forms that needed to be signed and sent to him. It says if he doesn't receive this by 9/6/23 that he would not be able to proceed. I want this information deleted from their data base.

I was refinancing my ******* property and was told by ***** it would close on a Friday and the insurance was changed over and the loan was never changed. Attempts to contact them were futile. I was told that they were out of business. I would like to file a complaint seeing as they left with an interest rate that I could have lowered with my original company but they said the owner who use to work for the original company would love me to use Mission.

      Business response

Mission Loans, LLC (the "Company") values its borrower relationships. As such, the Company was surprised to learn that ************************ chose to file this complaint on an application that was taken by the loan officer over a year ago on February 25, 2022. In an effort to respect ************************** privacy regarding this complaint, the Company will offer high level and brief response. Upon review of the 2022 loan information, it was clear that the loan officer made several attempts to obtain required documentation based on underwriter conditions in order to move forward with the loan. As ************************ knows there were personal circumstances that arose which made this task difficult and ultimately impossible to complete. unfortunately, do the lack of responsiveness, the Company was left with no choice but to cancel the loan.

When this complaint was received, a loan officer of the Company immediately contacted ************************. He explained that we are still in business and could be easily contacted by either referring to her existing loan documentation, via a ****** search or by simply searching for Mission Loans. Additionally, the loan officer asked if she would like to move forward with a new loan application but she unable to do so at that time and indicated she would call back. Our loan officer has made several more attempts to contact ***********************, and to date she has not returned any of his calls.

Due to Ms. *********** lack of responsiveness, the Company cannot help her with her desire settlement at this time. Should ************************ choose to respond, the Company will be more than happy to assist her with a new loan application.

      Thank you,

      ****************, CCO
