  FAKE LYING BAD BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had been in contact and working a way to close the deal for a couple days. They agreed to hold the car with a 5000$ down payment and documentation to verify my identity.I left my conference early booked a flight to head down and as I'm heading to the airport they cancelled the deal because someone came in that second to purchase the car. No comp on the flight or time. Manager didn't care at all or care to stick to their word. ****** my sales *** for the most part was great but the General Manger horrible, refused to even speak with me.

  DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS-THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN: If I could give this place zero stars I would.I was involved in a situation regarding falsified vehicle registration mileage with the CA ***. I was asked to enter a contract and place a $3,500 deposit on a car that was advertised with ****** miles. The car wasnt ready for a test drive or smog check, but after the dealership informed me it had passed, I test-drove it at ****** miles, adding 2 miles during the drive. During this time, the check engine light and passenger airbag light errors appeared, and the dealership took a picture. Over the next week, I received no updates despite multiple inquiries, so I returned to cancel the contract.I later discovered the vehicle had already been registered with the CA *** at ****** miles, even though I never drove those 263 miles; they were at the dealership. When I requested copies of my signed contract and the repair order (RO), nothing was provided. I signed a release form with the *** at ****** miles and asked for a copy, but the finance manager said I didnt need one since I was getting a refund. The same vehicle was re-advertised shortly after with a listed mileage of ******, not the ****** miles shown on my *** paperwork.I believe the dealership was trying to manipulate me by running down Autonation's 5-day or 250-mile return guarantee. None of the financing paperwork, terms of sale, APR, or a written inspection were given to meonly a sales receipt and refund. The most concerning part is the forgery of additional mileage and the discrepancy between the *** paperwork and the re-advertised mileage, raising questions about the 196 additional miles

  Worst experience ever. Took 2.5 hours to sell a car to them (literally 4 pieces of paperwork that needed to be complete). Was told check couldn't be issued same day but they would issue Monday, Fed Ex and it would be to me by Tuesday! Fast forward... lots of back and forth, people dropping the ball, no responding, etc, and I didn't get check for 2 weeks from date of sale. THEN THEY PLACED A STOP PAYMENT ON IT!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

  The *************** manager refused to reach out to customer after poor service was performed and problems started after they did brakes for my car. Toyota corporate never got back .

  Do not buy cars from this place. I bought a Jeep from here and it broke down within a month. I called and they asked me to bring it in, I sat in the check in line for about an hour to be told to take it to a Jeep dealer. They did not honor the warranty and told me to take it to Jeep. If they fixed it, it would take them over a month to get my car back. They denied me a rental because the car was not a Toyota. Never went back to this dealer. They offer you extended warranty that they don't honor themselves. Now they keep sending me letters about extended warranty, I told them to take me off the list many times and they still send me the letter. They even found my new address. SAVE YOUR SELF HEADACHES WHEN YOUR CAR BREAKS DOWN. DO NOT BUY HERE.

  Email from ************************* at Auto Nation Irvine yesterday: "Hello ***, I have some great news for you, I was able to get you $21,500 for your CX-5! What time tomorrow works best for you?" Went in to Auto Nation Irvine today to meet with *****. After sitting in the waiting room for half an hour, ***** comes out and tells me that the folks at Auto Nation Irvine who make the offers made a mistake and used the wrong trim level. Instead of honoring their offer, Auto Nation Irvine would only pay $20,500 for the car - $1,000 less than their written offer that got me in the door. I rejected their "revised offer", left, and won't be returning to Auto Nation Irvine - ever. Doesn't matter whether it was a mistake or a bait and switch negotiating tactic. People that I do business with keep their word and honor the deals they make. Must be really tough times at Auto Nation if they're willing to try to re-trade and lose a customer for life over $1000.

  Beware of the salesperson (***********) pitching a gift of a cooler when you purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Toyota Irvine. It's a dealer markup that they disguise as a gift. And they had no coolers!! Three weeks after purchasing my new Tundra nothing! And no status when asked from dealership. $2,800.00 dollar markup. Shady salesperson and dealership.

  This is by far the worst toyota dealership I have ever experienced. Their customer service is terrible especially the finance department. They are uncommunicative. I bought a new car here and have been trying to reach them to cancel warranties but they are not available. All I got was a call back from them saying they will send me the documents for me to sign but I still have not recieved them. I sent emails, called them, and even went in person and still have not been contacted back to resolve my issues. I find it really surprising that they have so many people here but they are all too busy to even help you. STAY AWAY if you value your time and just go to a different dealership if you can

  Do not buy a used car from this place. I purchased a **** Audi TT and took it to the Audi dealer and this thing needed more than $7000 of repairs. At first when I test drove the car, all was good. The radio was the only thing that wasn't working. I went ahead and purchased it in cash. They told me they would compensate me for the radio and I never heard from them again. ******************************* was the sales guy, he completely ignored my requests and emails. I am now stuck with this car that is a lemon and am trying to save up money to get it all fixed. These people took advantage of a single woman and duped her with a piece of sh*t car. How bad was the car? The bottom plate was zipped tied to the car. It is leaking all kinds of fluids. The airbags don't even work. They claimed this passed all their service inspection which is a total joke because any service department would have seen these details. The battery was from 2016 as well, things you can't see when you just look over a car before you buy it. Because of the Thanksgiving holiday, I was unlucky and Audi did not get a chance to look at it until after the cooling off period was over. I am livid! This car was supposed to be a gift for myself after a painful divorce and these guys made my experience even more painful than my divorce!
