    I recently purchased a Medicube Age-R booster pro device and was excited to try it with their Glow Up full facial set. Their website advertised a return policy that seemed to allow for the return of unopened products. However, when I tried to return the unopened cosmetics because my skin is too sensitive for the device, ********************** cited an internal policy that excluded them. This created a huge discrepancy between what their website advertised and their actual practice.In addition to the deceptive practices, Medicube's reasoning for not accepting unopened cosmetics is also unreasonable. They claim hygiene concerns, but the products were completely sealed and never touched. Many other retailers accept unopened cosmetic returns as long as the seal is intact.The bundled pricing structure further disadvantages customers. The device alone cost $384, but bundled with the cosmetics, the price dropped to $321.69 (a saving of $62.31). This significant price difference raises concerns about potential bait-and-switch tactics. Customers might be lured in by the lower device price but pressured to buy the entire package with the cosmetics at a higher overall cost.Since I can't use the device due to my skin sensitivity, the bundled cosmetics are now useless to me as well. Medicube's unclear policy and inflexible return process create a negative customer experience. Customers are misled by the advertised return policy and then penalized with non-refundable items when they attempt a legitimate return.

    I purchased the AGE R Booster for $334 and within 2 weeks the price was dropped on the product. They do not offer price match, nor take opened items back and were not willing to help me out in any way. The customer service was pretty BOT like in their response. Amazon carries their products and offers returns. This makes no sense and this company is scamming people by constantly running promotions and overcharging buyers.

    I purchased an AGE-R Primrose Derma EMS Shot on 11/06/2023 and have yet to receive ANY update about my order. $219.98 was deducted from my bank account the next day (11/07/2023) and today, 11/20/2023, I have heard NOTHING about what is happening to my order. On the website, the status merely states it is Unfulfilled. I opened an online chat on 11/14/23, which by the way it seems like they only have one customer service "agent" working at any one time because it was always the same person ************** who would reply. They insist that orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, and there may be 1-2 days delay if there is an overwhelming amount of orders, and to reach back out again if it has been 10 days or more from when the order was "shipped." Key word: SHIPPED. Today now makes 10 business days that I have not received ANY communication about my order and I am very concerned that they simply took the money without any intention of filling my order. NOT EVEN SHIPPED. THE ***** STATUS REMAINS UNFULFILLED!As a customer I would have been very appreciative and understanding if I would receive a notification that my order would be delayed and that they have a valid reason for the delay (out of stock, item on backorder, etc.) yet NOTHING from this company. Shame on them! The Unfulfilled status on my order has really put a bad taste in my mouth because to me it seems they are not even attempting to process my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited another week since the 14th but I am not willing to wait until the end of the month until I get an answer. There is no direct phone number to call, and the only options for customer assistance are online chat, or email. I have submitted an email this morning and am not confident they will reply. Very frustrated, this is the first and perhaps the LAST time I am considering buying anything from them and if they will actually not ship me my order, I demand my money back.

    Medicube does not do price adjustments. I bought AGE-R Ussera Deep Shot on 11/14/2023 for $365 and AGE-R Derma EMS for $280. Today, 11/16/2023, only two days later, the AGE-R Ussera Deep Shot price dropped to $215 and AGE-R Derma EMS price dropped to $165. That's $265 price difference. **************** refused to do price adjustment and refuse to escalate the situation.When I told them, I want to return these two items. They told me they do not take return items. I asked to cancel the entire order and they said it is too late because it is shipped, but online showed it is not. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this company and I feel like they have stold $265 just from me. They are stealing from their customer and building a foundation on poor customer service and unreasonable policies regarding price adjustments and returns.
