I ordered earrings in July of last year from this company never received them and they charged my credit card and never issued a refund .I want my ***** back on my card .Initial Complaint

Purchase was on June 11. July 3. I was contacted that it was out of stock. On July 4 I requested a refund which was promptly denied saying that they do not offer refunds at all. I tried to contact them many times they do not answer. Finally in March 5 the order was delivered, but it was not the item that I ordered my invoice clearly states sterling silver ring. They sent me a gold tone ring, I believe the price was $8.69. On March 7 I contacted them that they sent me the wrong item. No response on March 14. I sent the same email requesting customer service they just respond saying we will get back to you soon, and nobody gets back to me at all I tried calling , I cannot get any help. I would definitely like my money back, but if that is totally impossible, I would just like to receive the silver ring that I did order. I had asked them in several of those emails how I could return it. no response not only did I wait from June until March to receive this item. It is the wrong item. I should not be charged for that and they should not be able to get away with such poor customer service , my order number is ********* ..Initial Complaint

On May 13, 2023 I ordered the one picture and today March 28, 2024 I received picture 2 with Green background. Obviously the 2 items are COMPLETELY WRONG and just to send me something to have me quit emaiing and calling them. The items I received were cheaper than a Dollar Tree version.Initial Complaint

Placed order back on 8/18/2023 and they still have NOT sent the order. They say no cancellations or refunds, but clearly if they cannot provide the items, they should refund the payment if they are a legitimate business regardless. Order placed: 8/18/2023 (ATBF18191)Sent emails for status;9/21, 10/2, 10/25, 10/26, 11/25, 12/6, 12/30, 2/21, 3/6.They stopped even replying after 12/30. Not sure how still in business because they know they have not and will not fulfill the order, and are still NOT refunding the money. There are many complaints from others in the same exact situation. If meant anything, at a minimum, they would refund the money since they obviously cannot provide the product ordered. Sad this can continue for years.I can provide copies of all the emails if needed as many sent and all those replied to just apologize over and over saying setbacks any catching up, and contacting shipping to send ASAP, but they are still not sending or refunding. Now, they are not even responding to the last couple of emails. I have been more than patient for 7 months and gave them plenty of time to do the right thing as they leave no choice at this point.Initial Complaint

Ordered 2 hats with embroidered cross on ita black hat and white hat. This order was made in August 2023. After 6 weeks went by of not hearing anything regarding my order I emailed them, it took 4 days for them to reply with a response saying they are delayed for some reasonI sent two more emails in October and November with nothing but a random excuse. I received my order yesterday February 26. 7 months after the original order and it was incorrect, wrong color, wrong design. The return policy states I have to pay to ship the item back even if it was there error. I cant see spending any more money with the HOPE that they correct my order at which time I could be waiting another 7 months to get it on the HOPE that it is correct. It also states in the return policy that they will only exchange it one time. So Im basically scammed out of $60 for a product that I ordered 7 months ago that was wrong with no real means of returning or getting any type of refund. This business needs to be shut down.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on their website on July, 7th 2023 for two T shirts. They took my money and never shipped my merchandise. This company is a FRAUD. I have sent several emails just to get excuses.I asked for a refund, and they said we dont give refunds. Well, are they allowed to just steal customers money and not refund if they dont deliver their merchandise. This company is a complete FRAUD. I cant the website is still open for business and they are just stealing customers money. Do Not Order from this business. 100% FRAUDSInitial Complaint

5/25/22 I ordered a ring that I thought I lost, then, I found it and immediately canceled the order. They do not do refunds, so they gave me a store credit. The store credit code never worked, and they will not respond to let me use the money I spent with them in May 2022! I have contacted them many different times, by email, ******** messenger, and voicemail messages on their phone number as no one ever answers, and they only responded one time (via an email response when I told them the code didnt work) stating I need to use the entire credit at once, which is what I was doing.Initial Complaint

On JULY 11th, 2023, I placed an order for Jewelry. I wasn't sure when the items would arrive, but figured a couple of weeks- There was NO disclosure any of the items were on back order nor any issues with shipping. On August 8th, I contacted them. I received this reply: "******, Thanks for reaching out, and I appreciate you sharing your concern regarding your order! At the moment, our team is experiencing a delay in order fulfillment. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped out." I contacted again on 8/18 with the same message. I waited and contacted again on 9/8 with this reply: "******, Sorry, we do not process refunds or cancellation requests as we all order by hand. We are a small Christian ****** business. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Below is a link to our return, exchange, and refund policy. I contacted them AGAIN 9/25 and received this reply: "******, I am so sorry for the delay, on behalf of the whole team I want to apologize for the delay. All pending orders are currently being worked on. I will follow up on this as well. God Bless,Feb". I contacted again on 10/14 with this reply: "Hi ******, Thanks for reaching out. We are working super hard to get caught up, we have stopped all marketing, and are focused on getting all orders printed and shipped. We are asking for more understanding, you will definitely get your order. Again, so sorry for the delay. I contacted again on 11/17 with this reply "Hi ******, Im so sorry for the delay, and I know you keep hearing the same thing. The shipping team is currently working on all pending orders. Thank you for your patience and understanding. NO MERCHANDISE RECEIVED. I contacted on 12/12 and 12/18 with NO reply. I ordered earrings for my daughters birthday in July and have not received them yet it has been 6 months . I reached out to be told they are still processing shipment . I have requested a refund to no response. I ordered from this place years ago and it went well not sure what the issue is . This is no way to conduct a ******************** Sad
