    I ordered 3 necklaces to give to friends for a special occasion. They're beautiful, BUT they sent only one gift box and it was a RING box. In the photos on the website it clearly shows the gift box that would be provided and what I received wasn't that. Also, the photos of the chain didn't match what I received. I immediately called and emailed them, but they'd gone ON HOLIDAY for a week and weren't responding until after the event. They did respond to me and sent me a 10% off coupon, but that didn't save me from having to buy gift boxes last-minute. Their response was as follows: "To be more environmentally friendly, we usually match a gift box for one package. For the next shopping, if one gift box for one item is needed, please let us know immediately after placing the order, and we'll try to match each item with a gift box." I'm all for the environment, but I want what I ORDERED, not what you feel is good for the environment. It's too bad, the necklaces are very pretty and the jewelry very unique; I would have shopped with them again if not for this.

    I loved my ring (beautiful) but the quality was terrible. After a week my big stone could rotate and jiggle in the clasps. Was told they couldn't do anything to fix, replace or refund the ring. Super disappointed, definitely did not or will not buy from them again, no mater how gorgeous the jewelry is.

    Headache! Makes me so mad that I can not leave a one star. Should have known something was fishey when I couldn't leave an review on ******* Boyfriend bought me an ring from here without doing his homework because he's a man and choose an ad jewelry website. The ring didn't fit. He paid for express shipping on their page for the ring that cost extra. Their policy is if the ban is not broke it can be returned. But you would have to pay to put it back on the shelf and also pay to return it. They give you the run around in the messages that they send you for the return. This is an scam of all scams! Don't do it!

    I absolutely loved the ring but the black faded real quick and now it looks awful. I still wear it because at.least it doesn't turn my finger green.

    Rings suck!Looks good for about 2 months, then starts to tarnish, it's almost a black tarnished ring now.Stay away from Vancaro.

    Selling $20 rings at 10 times the price value. Scammed me out of my money and will not refund me.BUYERS BEWARE!!!I wore the ring for less than two weeks before the black layer came off. I wore it maybe nine times in those two weeks. I took excellent care, taking it off when washing hands, not showering or sleeping with the ring. The quality is as good as a $20 ring. VANCARO WILL NOT EXCHANGE for a new one or REFUND MY MONEY. BUYERS BEWARE!!!I am contacting you on behalf of the ring I ordered from your company. It appears to have a quality issue as the black has started to flake off of the ring. I initially requested a new ring rather than a refund and opened a claim. My claim seems to have disappeared without a trace, and I no longer have login credentials for your website. My request has gone unanswered and unacknowledged with the lack of customer service and business practices. At this point, I would like a full refund. I will be sharing my experience with the BBB and reviewing further for simple reasoning. I hope this is a simple error and misunderstanding and can be handled promptly with diligence and care. We're really sorry about the issue. In the case of your ring, it's caused by natural wear and tear and doesnt belong to quality problems. Regarding this issue, we also explain it in detail on the product page.At present, because of the limitation of the electroplating process for the colored silvery items, the colored coat may wear and tear with the continuously wearing, and they may expose the silver color of the original color and show a vintage style.
