I ordered 2 phone cases in 2 separate orders (#***** & #*****). During the order process i had been in touch via email to see if I can make an adjustment prior to the item shipping. I received both items I ordered. I changed my mind about the products and wanted to start a return. Their return window is only 15 days. There's no phone number on their website or address or any information on how to return an item other than sending an email to ******************************** I've sent 2 emails (one from Yahoo and one from Gmail) requesting information on how to start a return and where to send the items to. I ordered two items from Holstere on March 31, 2023. That same day, I received a confirmation email as well as a shipping notification. The shipping notification provides a **** tracking number. Clicking on that number indicates that it is "pre-shipment" and that the **** is awaiting receipt of the items. It has been nearly a month now and the status has not changed. The items have still not shipped. I have reached out to the company on multiple occasions via email and also the contact form on their website. They do not provide any other means of contacting them. I first emailed them on April 18, and have since used their form to try to reach them. I have not received any replies or any indication that my concerns are being addressed or that my items are shipping. I would be glad to either have the items delivered or to receive a full refund. I made purchase from this company(order #*****) but didn't like there's product. After requesting refund i followed instructions they had on website. After they received back item(i have tracking) i tried correspond with them but never received a reply. I never got my refund. This people are thieves. I ordered a phone holder and zippered case at $40.00 off or $42.00 each. I received the small zippered case; never the phone holder. I wrote 5 times to the one customer service form listed. Cannot reach by phoned. No response ever and never received main half of product!Until the saw the BBB site, I never knew how many compaints have been lodged. On 12/29/2022, I sent a message to Holstere, indicating I had placed an order by mistake. They replied , citing: "Apologies for missing your prior emails during the holiday season. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order as our fulfillment team has already shipped and it is en route. What you can do is deny the package or write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the box and have it shipped back to us free of charge for a refund. Thanks, Holstere team." I responded to this email on 1/9/2023, indicating I had done exactly as they said, denying the package to have it sent back to them for a refund. They did not respond. I sent another email on 2/18/23, explaining I had still not received the refund and asking if there was a customer service number I could reach. No response again. I filled out another submission via their website, explaining the situation-- STILL NO RESPONSE. Please help, as I returned the product and just want my refund!Initial Complaint

On September 13, 2022, I ordered the Holstere product "Genuine Leather iPhone Case ******************************** Strap" in the size for "iPhone 13 Mini. Holstere sent me the product in the iPhone 11 size. I've been in an email exchange since September that is still not resolved.
