    My dog was groomed on Sept 2 and they cut his hair so short the skin was showing pink I asked that it ********* not shaved he was and is still itching like crazy from whatever crappy shampoo that was used I would never use these people again

    On Thursday March 16th we decided to book a service with Fritzys Pet Care Pros in ********* at 1:30pm. As we arrive there the groomer named ***** was very ***** and rude immediately. We selected an allover trim, with nail trim, and ear and eye cleaning as well. The groomer immediately started cutting and was very rough with my puppy in the van while I was there. She would hurt him as she would press the blade against his skin since according to her it was too matted. She did not stop even when we told her it was hurting him. She finished her service the way she wanted not the way we wanted. Once we got him home after the service my puppy started scratching and licking his private parts for hours and would squirm because of the itchyness. Thats when we decided to take him to the emergency room to get evaluated for some anti itch medication. And that doctor evaluated it was information from the grooming which was not normal. This is why I am writing to the BBB to confront this business and not let other puppies go through this again.

    Sorry that I missed this when the complaint came in.  We might have been able to help more directly.  Also, I wish the customer had called us, we really do know how to help and could have ********** bill.

    I do not accept the response made by the business to resolve this complaint. I do not want to be contacted by this grooming company. The only thing I want to know is why are they seeing this complaint now after months and months. I was written by the BBB that this case was closed. Why is it reopening again. You said you contacted them 2 times and then no response from ******************** why now. This is the way the BBB handles cases.

    I had a appointment scheduled for May 13th @ 9:30am. Prior to scheduling my appointment I let the business know that my dog was a senior dog and had lots of hair and was a big dog. They still sent out only 1 person to come do the job. The groomer came at my appointment time and got my dog and started to get to work on him. About 1 hour later I called to see how she was doing with progress and there was not much done. Another hour went by and she called me to tell me the clippers and water line was not working so had to stop the service because those things were not working. About **************************************************************************************************************************************************** grooming. About 2 hours later she came back and got my dog and continued working on him. A few hours went by and she called me because she said she needed help. I went out there and helped her which I should not have to do at all because Im paying for a service. At this point my dog is tired from standing up so much. At this point its already 5:30pm and the groomer is still not done with my dog. And my appointment was at 9:30am!!!! I called the place and spoke to the ******************* and she was no help at all. She was still wanting me to pay for a service that was not even done! I sent pictures through there email to tell her how my dog looks after all those hours and she still did not care at all still wanting me to pay for the service. I had to tell the groomer to stop the service because my dog was already so tired from standing up all day. The groomer had to do my service outside of the van in front of my house because my dog was to big for the van and it made a big mess even though I told them prior to my service my dog was a big dog. This place needs to be shut down thinking they can still charge people for services that are not done correctly and they are so unprofessional and not prepared at all with what they need to get the job done!

    Raelyssa ******* is an incredibly ungrateful customer.  A groomer worked her **** off for hours on Raelyssas grossly neglected dog only to have her flame us, flame the groomer and not pay her ****.  Did the groomer run into some problems; yes.  But, she worked through them, completing most of the hard work and was prepared to come back and finish.  She wants to make it our fault and attempts to tell us how to run our business.  She takes no responsibility for her dog being completely unbrushed causing it to be severely matted.  Raelyssa should have been charged far more for the work performed and is in direct violation of the law for not paying for the services rendered.

    I never blamed the groomer that came out and groomed my dog. I actually felt sorry for her because she was the only one doing the job at first. Even though I already told the business what condition my dog was in before even booking my appointment. The groomer even agreed with me that it was to much just for her as one individual. The business is not caring what so ever how they had to stop my service for 2 hours!!!! And then the ******************* said its a one person job but took the whole day and still was not done grooming my dog. There are so many negative and horrible reviews on thisbbusiness. I wish I would have never came here from the beginning. Like I said so unprofessional. I will not be paying for the service I got because I did not even get a service done. My dog was not groomed fully at all and my husband and I had to help the groomer with our dog!!! She was the one that asked us to come and help!!! Which we shouldnt even be doing in the first place if its supposedly a one person job.  like I said unprofessional. I want this to be done and over with because I will not be paying for ANYTHING. This business needs to be shut down because they are not right wanting to charge people and not even do what they need to do.
