This company is denying my return to ************** because I bought $27 and change out of a $430 purchase. The my receipt it states I am allowed to return my purchase within 90 days of purchase. There are not any exception otherwise stating on my receipt.Business response

Dear **************************************** **** (TRE) is a service provider toretailers and assists them in reviewing their own data to detect and preventfraudulent consumer return transactions or transactions that violate theretailers return policies. TRE may makea recommendation to the retailer to accept or deny a return based on theconsumers return history with that retailer; however, the ultimate decision toaccept or deny a return sits with the retailer. Further, all data provided to TRE from the retailer is owned by thatretailer. As such, the retailer hasexclusive authority to determine whether to delete or modify a consumers dataupon request.
After thorough review of your RAR, ************** has foundthat return 299640913-743-THD was not in error. However, ************** hasallowed a one-time approval for the transaction mentioned above, youll havebetween September 1st September 30th to complete thisreturn. Please keep in mind that there are a few ways to prevent future denialsfor non-receipted returns with original tender of store credit.
- Avoidreceiving store credit when possible. Be sure to have merchandise returnsrefunded to your original form of payment.

- Returnthe merchandise within the allotted returns period.
