    This business has been a nightmare to work with. The original proofreading and corrections they made were poorly done. I never received the full amount off services I paid for. And they refused to issue me a refund on a copyright I gave them $150 for that they later said they would refund because they admitted it was never completed. All around horrible customer experience with this company.

    Starting in August of 2024 I published 2 books. I sold 5 of them but only got paid for 1. The Book Publishing Pros said I sold 2 but I only got paid for 1 book. I would like this to be investigated. If I am only getting paid 1 book out of 5 how am I going to make any money? I have attached the agreement for billing.

    I entered into a contract on August 26, 2023, paying $978.89 to cover the completion, publishing, and delivery of my first book. The company still has failed to deliver on their promises, leaving the project incomplete and causing harm to my career and charitable goals. I received partial refunds for undelivered books meant for my book launch and for a promotional deal on a second book.The limited copies of my first book that were sold through Amazon and printed through them were of extremely poor quality, with pages improperly cut off. This led to 1-star reviews, severely damaging my reputation as a writer. The book is for to two charitiesone for breast cancer and hospice care. Their negligence derailed these efforts and caused further harm to both my reputation and the charitable causes I care deeply about.Finally after waiting and waiting today **** ***** from the company has now demanded an additional $2,000 to complete the first book, which violates the original contract. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter through their platform, no meaningful progress has been made.Summary of Issues:1. Breach of contract: Failure to complete the first book.2. Defective product: Poor-quality copies sold through Amazon and printed by them damaged my reputation.3. Charitable harm: Fundraising goals for breast cancer and hospice care were derailed.4. Unjustified demand: Request for $2,000 violates the agreement.5. Incomplete refund: ******* confirmed the full amount for undelivered books and promotions was not returned fully 6. Premature upsell: Sold a deal for a second book before fulfilling the first.Resolution Requested:1. Complete the first book to professional standards without additional charges.2.     As part of a self-publishing course, I was trying to log in to Amazon KDP to enter information for a book i had just finished as an assignment in February of 2024. AMZ Publishing Pros somehow hid the login access with their own login, asking for $149 to do everything for me. I thought this was suspicious, but seeing no other option for logging in I paid the fee, although this seemed odd. ********************************************* were two individuals that emailed me. They said they would do my book cover and format my book, although I had already generated the cover on Canva and formatted the manuscript with another program, unsuccessfully, I sent them both. They created another cover, which i liked better, and revised and edited my manuscript & sent me a copy of it. At one point they requested my KDP password, which I first refused, then changed temporarily. We had irregular ************* correspondence, then they "ghosted" me, after unsuccessfully trying to get me to purchase additional marketing "services". I recently sent them an email inquiring about progress, and it returned undelivered because of an invalid email.     So the game was advertised to be a quick cash grab were all you had to do was login and play to make a ton of money and then when you get on they make you shell out a tone of money in order to even play then they scan you out if every dime by rigging the games so you can't complete them losing every game unless you use there in game gem currency which is worth noting they also said its 1 in 5 odds tho no matter how hard you try or how perfect you play it steals all your money I contacted the company about the false gambling system no matter how many games I played I couldn't win any money back 1 in 32 games that 1 game was there in game gem currency there's were all money

    This started a couple years ago. I paid them approximately 25 hundred dollars. They were supposed to publish a book for me. I've been trying to call and now I just get a voicemail that is full and won't accept anymore messages. I tried numerous times but, I'm stupid because I kept falling for their s***.

    I paid in full in advance. The deal they offered included a long list of promises (I can include later if it's helpful). I agreed and paid the fee of $1,100 on February 27, 2024. The package included a number of services related to publishing a Children's Book I had written, including a cover and 16 illustrations. It is now 2 months later and they have completed almost none of the activity promised. I expressed my dissatisfaction in along string of emails (available if needed). At first they said I needed to provide samples of what I wanted but I had already done so weeks earlier. Then they apologized twice when I threatened to take action with BBB and others. After the second apology I have heard nothing. I am retired and the $1,100 fee was a large hit on my Social Security income. With "self-publishing" and "hybrid publishing" becoming popular, a number of scam outfits are promising a lot and not delivering. I found this out too late.

    Amazon is being investigated by the ************************ FTC and IRS for cheating Author's out of Millions of dollars for over ten years now.One of the author's being cheated out of Millions of dollars by Amazon is *************************** known by his legal Pen Name of *******************.If you ****** ******************* at Amazons website you will see one of his Best Selling Books Hell's Gates Wide Open" by ******************* which sells for $24.95. No book sells for that high of a price unless it is a Best Selling Book and the book has held that price over ten years never going down in price.According to an Attorney's Investigator Amazon made several million dollars off of that book alone telling the author that No books have sold" when in fact they made millions of dollars off of that Best Selling Book.The investigation found evidence that Amazon has cheated literally Thousands of Best Selling Author's the same way, telling thousands of Authors that their books are not selling when in fact they are selling hundreds of thousands of copies but they cheated the author's and kept all of the money.This practice of cheating Author's has been going on for over ten years and in fact authors tried to find out how many of their books really sold for years to no avail.If you sell ***** cars, even girl scout cookies you can always find out exactly how many items have sold thanks to the advent of computers and the internet, it couldn't be easier If you are a singer you can find out exactly how many songs, CD, or Albums have sold. The Only industry that refuses to tell you how many items have sold is the book industry.******* couldn't even find out how many of an author's book's sold, Amazon refuses to tell author's how many of their books really sold as well as ****** and ***** and other outlets.When one of Amazons Authors, ******************* found a way to prove how many of an author's book's sold Amazon retaliated against the author by intentionally deleting the author's 5-Star Review for another Bes

    This company scammed me $1295 and sent a email saying they returned it and I would receive the money returned within 5-6 business days. The money was never returned and when I called the phone number ************** they kept changing the name of the company.

    I was promised that if I publish my book with Amazon Publishing Pros, ******, **********, I was certain to get a good return. Just after the book was published I ordered a copy and shocked that it was the size of a magazine not a paperback. They blamed me for giving the go ahead to publish for this. I didn't think of checking the size of book before agreeing to its publication. I then Cancelled this copy of my book and gave advice to these professionals for the standard size paperback book.

    After cancelling this oversized paperback 6 months before, I ordered a new copy for friend and again shocked that he got a cancelled oversized book just week ago. I have complained but they give no explanation. 

    Now after 11 months since I paid for publishing and advertising 2200, there has been zero sales except for the two copies I bought and one a friend in Holland ordered. 
     
    I want a full refund for this service
