Seller's Advantage was very easy to deal with. I always have a lot of questions but through the whole process they were always patient and kind with me. They made things so easy for me to understand. It really is crazy how easy and fast they make the process of selling your home. Don't hesitate to give them a call. They pay a fair price and simplify it all. Seller' Advantage does exactly what they advertise.The best decision I could have made in my situation.My house was a rental property I had for 12 years.After tenants moved out I decided it was time to sell.It took exactly 14 days from the time I signed to the close of escrow.I received a fair market value for the property.Everyone involved treated me with nothing but outstanding professionalism I highly recommend Seller's Advantage to allReview from Caroline C

The thought of selling your house is daunting. So happy we decided to go with Sellers Advantage for the sale. From the first call to the last call everyone was so helpful and professional. Sellers Advantage makes the entire process from beginning to end easy. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. This was a great experience! We sold our family home to Seller's Advantage when my mother could no longer keep up with maintenance of the property. We were treated with kindness and consideration. I always knew who to contact and phone calls and emails were returned promptly. ******** was very helpful along the process. ****** offered a fair price for our home on behalf of the company. After owning the home for 51 years Sellers Advantage made the sale & closing effortless. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with, ********, ************** What they said they did, no ******************* was 45 days later as promised, which enabled me to go forward & purchase 2 other properties within 3 days after closing!
