I received a very fair - even generous - offer to sell my home. The process was extremely easy and convenient and I was able to choose my own closing date. Everyone from the company who came to my home was friendly, accommodating, and respectful. The only small problem was that the actual closing and disbursement of funds happened a couple of days later than we had discussed, but this was a minor issue. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.Seller's Advantage

The whole process from start to finish was everything they promised on the Radio Ad and my first contact with a representative.Set an appointment and walked around the house for ***** *********** an offer within 24 hours...negotiated some and got a better offer the next day.I accepted the offer, signed an agreement, and set my own close date, 30 days ****** repairs, no inspections, no appraisal, and we didn't even have to clear everything out that we didn't want to keep...big relief.Communication was flawless every step of the way, money wired, and deal done, 30 days start to finish.Seller's Advantage

When my sister decided to move back East we decided it best to sell our family home where she was living. The house, built in the early 50s, needed a new roof and never had much of an upgrade. Sellers Advantage seemed to be a great option since we would not be required to spend a lot of money before trying to get it sold. We got a very satisfactory offer and were relieved not to have to deal with real estate agents and disposing of all the clutter accumulated over the years. They covered all the costs and made all the arrangements, such as escrow, involved in selling a home.The people we dealt with at Sellers are all wonderful too!Seller's Advantage

My father passed away last year and besides the absolutely devastating shock of trying to process this and still function we found out that he did not have a will or any sort of paperwork for after he was gone. After attempting to take on probate by myself I realized I needed help. My mother passed away and left a house in her trust. The house was built in 1920 and basically had no improvements. The house still had the original galvanize plumbing and *** and tube electrical wiring. I was told by an investor it would take a minimum of $150,000 to make the house sellable. I spoke to a realtor which stated they believe the house might possibly sell for $640,000 and that would be after I made improvements like removing all furniture, replace all doors and windows, refurbish hardwood floors, replace rotted wood, fix crack in front porch, paint interior and exterior of house and other improvements. Not only those improvements I would need to pay a 4% to the realtor. I decided to contact Sellers Advantage. I schedule an appointment with them. They showed up on time and were very professional. They walk around the exterior of the property and interior of the house making notes. Within 20 minutes they walk up to me and said, Sellers Advantage will give me $599,000 net for the house, that means I receive that amount after escrow closes, I would not have to do any improvements or pay a commission and not have to remove anything from the property. I couldn't believe it. That would mean if the house sold for $640,000, 4% commission = $25,600, $150,000 plus, no escrow fees, and not have to deal with contractors. That means I would receive less than $464,400 because escrow fees would be deducted form that. After escrow closed $599,000 was transferred into my account. I had to do nothing, just walk away with the money. I strongly recommend Sellers Advantage. You won't regret it!Seller's Advantage

I am not sure where to start. We have lived in our home for 25 years. Raised our family and it was time to downsize and our home being 60 years old needed repairs, that I didn't want to do.We decided to call sellers advantage and met ******. Couldn't have been nicer to us. Met him, he walked the property and later sent us what we felt was a fair offer that allowed us time to move and leave anything we didn't want to take. Communication was awesome. I communicated with ******** the most. She was so professional and always got my questions answered. Bottom line is we are so pleased with the way everything turned out.
