1 starI had a terrible experience at Taco Bell. They seem to use next to no meet in any of the food they prepare. I went up to the counter to complain, and they told me that's the way their boss told them to make things. It is too much money to pay for a bunch of lettuce and a few tomatoes. 1 starI sent in a complaint regarding a horrible visit to a ************** location where I basically threw my money away and so I wrote a complaint to corporate and asked them to please contact me and they don't even have the decency to apologize! We were going to Taco Bell 3-4 times per week for different meals but won't be going back ever again and I will be telling everyone I know the crazy story about the last time I ate at tTaco Bell. 1 starFirst off the bathroom is disgusting they didnt even put the toilet paper on the conveyor belt. There is no mirror. I ordered in the app for I store pickup. It took at least 20 minutes to get my food. They first gave me the wrong order then took it back and took more time to make a fresh batch. I wont be returning.Review fromCarla D

1 starPlaced a mobile order for a frozen drink arrived at drive-through asked if everything I ordered was correct I said yes I get to the receiving window and Im told they do not have the ingredients for the frozen drink and asked me if I wanted something else so I said an ice tea. This is now the second time two different locations in **** that Ive put in mobile orders and some thing I ordered was not available and instead of it being taken off my bill and/or updated or just taken off, I am charged for it every time so yesterday was the last time Im paying $3.29 for an ice tea that shouldve only been 225. I am owed money and when I complain about this at the window Im treated like I am wrong even though I am the one overpaying for some thing that clearly shows Online and at the store window that its a dollar cheaper. Im eating at Taco Bell to save money not to give it away to them. Ive also called corporate when this happened before in the past, and all I was told was sorry. At this point the Better Business Bureau needs to step in and I am contacting the **** AG about this.Review fromJerry B

1 starDownloaded Taco Bell App and ordered 2 taco pizzas. Went to Taco Bell/ *** on ********************* in ******* ** to pick up items. Stood inside store for 15 minutes until I was finally acknowledged, and they proceeded to tell me they dont have any pizzas, and that they could not refund my $. So in order to eat something I had to pay again for something to eat, and to this day have not been refunded for online order of 2 pizzas. I dont even know why they brought the pizzas back if you cant get any? I have tried like 4 times to get one, but to no avail. ?? SMDH! Thats a whole other issue I would just like to be refunded my $ and hopefully get this changed for others in the future. 1 starMy boyfriend and I went to taco bell this evening and had a total of 9 items ordered. Not only did we not get 2 out of the 9 items ordered, we were given the wrong order for 4 of those items in total while we were in the restaurant. Honestly, the whole experience was unprofessional. The employees were loud, using inappropriate language, and ******* our food when we needed it corrected. It seems like nobody was paying attention to our orders at all and worst of all, this happens EVERYTIME we eat at taco bell. I can't even say that there are some better than others because they are all bad. The people are nice enough but they are not smart enough to take people's order correctly. We ended up having them fixing our orders three times and as soon as we got home to eat, I found that my crunch wrap was made incorrectly. I feel like taco bell will hire mostly incompetent people. This has been a frustrating experience and taco bell should be ashamed of their poor customer service. 1 starI dont even agree with the one star.What you are about to read is not the normal you may find it to be offensive read with discretion.My name is ******* I currently work doordash.On July 10th at approximately 12:05 pm I had arrived at **** ************.Taco Bell here in ********** **.Upon my arrival to pick up an order I had received I noticed doors were locked.I approached the drive thru window as instructed by other Taco Bells when I approached the window a girl opens it with an very aggressive attitude I identified myself as a doordash employee.She stated I would need to got thru the drive thru like everyone else when I explained Im on time frame she stated its not her problem.I wanted so bad to cancel this $4 order.As I was walking to my car she came out and was working on the menu screen I found it on myself to approach her about her attitude.Still very rude I walked away.Upon arriving at the drive thru window a young gal had given me my food.I asked her if that was the manager she stated yes,I then asked for her name with a look of hesitation and fear she said the girls name was ****.Not even a second later **** slammed the window open and saysYou B**** A** N**** you wonna know my name I said yes she then slammed the window shut.Im writing for a few reasons one cause I believe that poor girl got reprimanded for telling her name to me.Very disturbing to me.Further more NOONE should EVER feel so comfortable in such Racial behavior.Im truly concerned how an employee MANGER at that behave in such a way.Im concerned what type of environment is she creating for her store employees?Most important the safety of the employees.This Behavior or action could have went a lot different had itd been someone else.
