    The Company CLEANSTART, has been spamming me with phone calls, three to four a day, for the last six months. They do not leave messages. It is always from a 984 area code.I have no debt that needs consolidation. I don't have any student loans. I have even checked for stolen identities through the credit bureaus. They are harassing me, and I want them to be reported for it and to have them no longer contact me. I am on the *** Do Not Call list. I have not requested any details/information/assistance from this company.

    This company has been calling me 3 to 4 times daily, always from a different phone number, for over a month.

    These people keep calling me and another number listed for me after the hour of 6 PM EST. i have blocked numbers, ignored calls, and have even asked them to stop calling me and they will not stop. I will not take a loan from these people for the simple fact, that I am not going to appy for a loan from some business that harasses me. STOP CALLING ALL MY NUMBERS.

    The Company CLEANSTART, has been spamming me with phone calls, three to four a day, for the last month. They are pressuring me to use their 'debt consolidation loan' and trying to scare me by fraudulently claiming I have debt. This started August 19, 2024. They call from different phone numbers every time but usually use a '817' area code. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their calling list. They refuse. They are fraudulently claiming I have debt and need their 'debt consolidation loan'.I have no debt anywhere, I have even checked for stolen identities though the credit bureaus. They are harassing me and I want them to be reported for it and to have them no longer contact me.

    Clean start has called me multiple times a day every day from different numbers. I have blocked every single one and they still call with caller ID Clean Start. If it continues I will be filing a harassment suit.

    BACK IN FEBRUARY 2020, CLEARSTART CONTACTED ME. I OFFICALLY GOT STARTED WITH CLEARSTART FEB *******. THEY SOLD ME A FIELD OF DREAMS THAT IF I USED THEIR COMPANY & PAY SO MUCH IN I WOULD GET MY LOANS FORGIVEN. OF COURSE I'D GO FOR THAT. ALL MY PAYMENTS WERE AUTO DRAFTED, I SENT IN ALL INFORMATION THAT WAS NEEDED, INCLUDING STUFF FROM MY EMPLOYER. IN 2022 I TRIED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY ONLY TO GET A VOICEMAIL THAT THEY WEREN'T OPEN & THAT WAS EVEN WITH THE POSTED TIMES. WHEN I FINALLY TALKED WITH SOMEONE I WAS TOLD THEY MERGED WITH SOMEONE ELSE. FAST FORWARD THE NEXT COMPANY TO CONTACT ME WAS MOHELA. BEFORE GETTING STARTED WITH THEM I ASKED DID THE MONEY I ALREADY PAID IN TRANSFER TO THEM & WAS ADVISED THAT IT DIDN'T. AT THIS POINT I JUST GAVE CLEARSTART FREE MONEY TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANTED. I INITALLY TOLD BOTH COMPANIES I WOULD SEND A MONEY ORDER IN TO THE STUDENT LOAN SERVICE FOR WHAT I COULD EVERY ************ ADVISED ME THAT I HAD TO USE A 3RD PARTY. IDK ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT I DON'T HAVE MONEY TO WASTE GIVING SOMEONE FOR FREE. IT WOULDN'T BE SO BAD IF THE MONEY I PAID THEM TRANSFERRED OVER TO ANOTHER COMPNAY BUT IT DOESN'T. DON'T USE CLEARSTART, ITS A RIP OFF. IM SKEPTICAL ABOUT ANY OTHER SERVICE ALSO. AT THIS POINT CLEARSTART CAN SEND MY MONEY BACK!

    Clear Start, start calling my daughter and myself about a month ago, we live in different homes with different phone numbers. They call three and four times a day from theses numbers: *********************0, **********, **********, **********, **********, **********, ********** and ********** from 10:00a.m. until 7:00p.m. I have asked them to stop calling me and my daughter we never requested them for any help. When they call they always say they have an offer for her that they think she will be interested in. She doesnt have a credit problem at all, we would appreciate if they would stop calling us.

    i had a contract with CLEARSTART where i would pay $230.00 for 3 months and then i would pay the lawyers the balance over ************************************ place, last week, they withdrew $460.00 and refuse to provide egal documentation as to why. they lied to me via email saying the creditors were requesting more $$ which is a lie, since the creditors have yet to accept the proposal. i have repeatedly asked for proof and legal documentation of this and they refuse. they are stealing $$ from consumers, at this point nothing stops them from taking more funds from my bank account. all together they have taken 920 should have been 690 as per legal contract.

    Clear start sold me an offer saying they would get my student loans out of default then have them forgiven if I paid them $330 times three months then $49 for two years then $5 a month for ten months then I would owe nothing more. They charged me $750 for a fee for their service I had to pay them upfront and I did. But they never helped me they took my money and left my loans in default where they remain now. Also I told them that I was recently diagnosed terminal and I was unable to work and I supplied them with the letter from my doctor but they refused to assist me with asking for loan forgiveness after they said if I gave them my private health information they would have my debt wiped today but instead they recieced my medical records and did nothing further so they stole my mo ey and my information and left my loans in a negative state knowing I needed help and knowing I had no income or way to make any money or get employment with the education I paid for.
