I am not one for online reviews, but I feel it is my duty to write this one to warn other IPs of our experience with ****. My husband and I are currently trapped in a surrogacy journey we would never have signed up to based on what I allege misrepresentation, fraud, and abuse, including but not limited to gaslighting and DARVO "deny, attack, and reverse ************************* Either they did not VET our GC's medical records or misrepresented their GC's application. - Our GC lied about her medical history: OBGYN, Pregnancy, Mental health, which has resulted in an IP journey from h*** Their incompetent accounts department incorrectly debited $22,412.59, which did not align with our contract.* Bias is 100% surrogate-sided, regardless of right and wrong.* There is no IP support, yet it goes as far as to hire an attorney for the surrogate.* Acts as if the baby is a separate party from the IPs.* Threats, abuse, gaslighting, and DARVO "deny, attack, and reverse ******************* from agency to the IPs.* Compliance with their $10,000 VIP program terms is as fraudulent as the manner in which it was incorrectly debited without any entitlement being ****** hindsight, we would never have signed up to GSHC if we had known how they treat their Intended Parents, who are their paying clients.

We understand that you are experiencing a difficult time, and we want to assure you that we take your concerns very seriously. We are committed to providing a supportive and transparent environment for all parties involved in the surrogacy process.

We apologize for any confusion regarding the incorrect debit. As mentioned, the specific requirements for debits are outlined in your legal documents. We work closely with your attorneys and escrow account managers to ensure that all financial transactions are handled correctly and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

We want to clarify that our agency is dedicated to representing the best interests of both the intended parents and the surrogate. Our team works diligently to facilitate open communication, address concerns, and ensure that the rights and needs of all parties are met.

We understand that you may be feeling overwhelmed during this time. Our CEO and ***, Jia and ******, have made themselves available to provide support and guidance. They are committed to fostering a positive and collaborative environment for all parties involved.

Regarding the VIP program, we believe that the surrogate has been accommodating in fulfilling your requests. If there are any specific issues or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us so we can address them promptly.

At GSHC, we strive to maintain open communication and provide a supportive environment for all participants in the surrogacy process. We understand that this journey can be emotionally challenging, and we are committed to working with you to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

If you have any further questions or would like to discuss these matters in more detail, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Sincerely,The GSHC Team

    Customer Answer

    Date: 09/10/2024

**** have failed to address why they did not Vet their GC records, or if they did vet her records, why did they mispresent her to us? We can not get away from the fact that we would not have risked the lives of two of our best embryos with this GC (one AA of which did not implant), almost lost the second one after failing to attend appointments or seek medical care.

The fact above is the sole reason we are here today after months of abuse. ****** bullied me from ****, received no support, and left a sobbing voicemail in which she looped back in a week later over defending invoice fraud from the GC.
GSHC have acted as if the baby is a third and separate party for us and sided with the surrogate over supporting the IPs (one good deed is not enough after how we have been treated)

Have received bias, gaslighting, and DARVO "deny attack, and reverse victim & offender" from ******, Jia and ******, theft and fraud. $22,412.59 is a lot to debit that did not align with our contract. The terms in which the VIP program was sold to us are not the terms now - compliance is not part of the payout; it is an encouragement and "where did you get those terms from?" in Jia's own wordsfailed to confirm if they would be returning the money if terms are not met as they debited it before any entitlement had been met or months before even a pregnancy. You can't sell a program, and it is irrelevant to comply with paying out or keeping the money - That is called fraud.

Months of breaches and pushbacks, to the point that at any moment we chose, we could shut down the Seedtrust for Material breach. We will most likely have to do this in 4 weeks when a 40k bonus is applied for, not on the grounds of not making the required efforts but on the grounds of there being no such bonus as there is a clear, evident material breach.

We would not have signed up for GSHC if we had known how they treat their IPs. I am not overwhelmed; I am fed up. Our baby feels like a hostage for blackmail & extortion
