- In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price if the following conditions are met:
-Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.incipio.com.
-A valid order confirmation number from www.incipio.com must accompany your return request.
-Returned products must be unopened and in like-new resalable condition.
-Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase.
-Once your return request is approved, Incipio will issue you an RMA# to include with your return. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
-Your RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
-All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of an RMA# issuance.
-Customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning product to Incipio. Shipping charges are non-refundable. - Business Categories
