    $500 a month for months with no solution. This company pawns your account off from person to person without saving information. What contact you do get is asking for documents that have been sent multiple times. IRS Certified letters are now coming again with no resolve from this company.

    In 2021 I hired Ideal Tax to amend my 2017 to 2020 tax returns and negotiate for me a lower settlement for Past due taxes. Ideal estimated the cost of this to be $13,000.00. Which I paid up front. Ideal did not amend any taxes and did not negotiate any tax relief. They simply contacted the *** to find what I owed and stated there is nothing they can do. This is false and misleading business and I demand a refund. *************************** is the contact and refuses to give me a cost breakdown of where my exact dollars were applied to. This place is a scam and I want my money back for services not provided.

From the notes that we have in our files, you hired us in 2021. At that time, we reviewed 2017 and there were no beneficial amendments to be made you were informed this. We also did not see any amendments that could be made for 2020. The cost of our services was disclosed to you. In addition to this, you were also notified that your qualified solution was an Installment Agreement. This is outlined in section two of the client service agreement that you signed. When our tax professionals assessed your financial situation, based on the information you provided, we found that although you had no assets you had a high disposable income. This disqualifies you from any hardship programs. The only thing that you are eligible for is an IA and you were informed this. Last, we would like to address the breakdown, we do not itemize our fees. We charge a flat rate, and you were provided with the billing statement. If you have any questions, please be sure to contact our Servicing Manager, *****************. He'll be able to explain with further details all things related to your case.     This response is false. ***************** is completely unreachable and has his calls screened by staff that has no knowledge about your  case. They reassign case managers with dead phone lines and unreturned messages after they have taken your money. My taxes were amendable and ***************** messaged me regarding the completed returns but needed my wifes power of attorney in order to complete the amendment. I never heard of this person who is responding to this complaint but they are not being truthful and this demonstration of shady business practice needs to be stopped. I was also lied to about my account being negotiated by with the **** I was told by ***************************** that my account was negotiated with the *** and when I requested the name of the *** agent he spoke to - he admitted that he did not speak with anyone at the *** as he previously stated.

    I have received MANY unsolicited calls from Ideal Tax. The automated voice tells me that I have made an inquiry about resolving my tax debt. That is untrue. I know what I do online and I have never needed that kind of service. So, they start off by telling a lie. I have spoken to several representatives that stated that they were a legitimate business (by all other reviews, I am finding they are fraudsters), and I was going to be taken off their call list (I was already listed on the national DNC list). I received a call again yesterday. The representative kept asking me a question about if I had a tax problem. I told him that anything in my life was NONE of his business until I asked him to make it his business. I told him I was going to charge their company $500.00 for the harassing phone calls that keep coming.

From the notes that we have on your file, it looks like we did an initial Investigation for you, which you agreed to pay a fee to complete it. Your tax analyst explained to you what the fee was covering, and you agreed to all the terms and conditions and signed a contract. We moved forward with the investigation work, contacted you with the results and explained to you the next phase, which is resolution. During that call, we also discussed the additional costs you were going to incur in case you wanted to retain us for the resolution phase, which you decided not to move forward with the plan. From then on, we have not heard from you until now via this complaint. It has been months that we did the work for you, and you never said anything to us regarding what you are complaining about, which is concerning us. We would like to continue working with you, but first you need to answer our calls so we can get to an agreement.     Saying you did not hear from me is false.

     

    *********************** Senior Tax Analysist left me hanging after he left the company and no one is taking responsibility for it and blaming me the customer for your error. 

     

    I signed all the phase 1 documents and never heard back from ****** because he left the company I later found out from *************************** who stated his apologies on the companies behalf. I kept calling your company before i got ahold of *****, or he got ahold of me after almost 1 year of hearing nothing.

     

    ***** was RUDE and inconsiderate.

     

    I want my refund. 

     

    I owe the bank money for services never rendered from your company's mistake and are trying to pin it back on me and not take any ownership.

    I hired this company a little over 12 months ago. For 12 months, while I paid my balance in payments I received monthly phones calls simply telling me "your case is still processing". And then once I completed paying the balance, the work began. They gave me a laundry list of items to return and 10 days to do it in. After that was sent, another laundry list of items.. same short time frame. So... $12k later, after spending 12 months doing absolutely nothing, I am under the gun to present documentation that is not so easy to get.... Now that I missed a deadline because of having to get a mailed pin number from the *** no one at this company will return my calls or reach out to me. I even discussed this with my account manager and he noted my file would remain open. This company took $12k my money, did nothing for me while collecting my payments (which I think *** not be legal for a service such as this) and now will not work with me in good faith.

    I have been faxing all information as requested and have receipts that it has been received but then when I try to reach out I am told papers not received I started this process 3 years ago Apparently the first person working on it quit and left my issue undone After while a new person took over ..****************** can not reach her and I need this issue resolved I also have spoken to **** and gotten no where 3 years $5000.00 and nothing I need resolution, I need responses and I need it yesterday. I have sent papers 3 times. Please help me resolve this issue or refund the money so I can start fresh with another company

    I hired them in Oct 2021 for ******/month to file mine and my husbands back taxes, get us current and set up payments. For 3 months I was unable to reach anyone and they did NOT reach out to me not by phone, email or text. In December someone reached me to asked for payment and I ask to finally speak to someone but was forced to leave a voicemail. Why would I answer that call and not any others? I was also attempting to contact my case worker but later found out she had given me the wrong number, I found this out in Jan. when I was finally able to reach someone and was furious to find out they suspended my case, didn't tell me, and that I had the wrong number all along, which they appologized for. No one told me I was suspended that entire time. Keep in mind I still did not know what W2s needed to be given for the back taxes because they were not telling me what the *** needed. So from January to July I finally recieved a completed tax form for 2020 only (which they took 7 months to complete) and it was filed jointly, I specifically said not to do that because I know filing jointly would make me liable for my husbands back taxes from before we were married. It was also completely wrong. I paid ****** x 10 months for 1 tax return only? When I complained about that they said they would be happy to complete my taxes going forward, still paying the money each month I said no, just give me my money back and ill go someplace else. They said it was nonrefundable. Seems like a scam to me. I did hire another company who had an *** audit done and stated I had 6 tax years unfiled which I promply provided the W2s, why couldnt Ideal tax do that. Now Im out ******* total and still have to pay again to another comany to do the work. This is wrong. I just want my money back, which would go along way in paying the taxes I hired them to help me with.

According to the notes we have on file, your case was suspended because of the lack of responses from your side. After several attempts of us trying to get ahold of you, you reached out to us apologizing for going ***** and stated that you had a family crisis going on. In your text message you also stated that you would call us later that week to go over the information needed. You never did. Moving forward, a couple of months later we were able to resume all work (March to be exact). You gave your case manager the initial information needed and then emailed the rest. Filling status is part of this initial information, and you instructed your case manager to use the Married filing Joint status. We prepared your returns and then sent them over to you. You called us back and said that we had filed them incorrectly. You stated that you never made any of the income reported. Turns out you thought the returns we had sent were for 2021. However, you did not hire us to prepare 2021, you only hired us for 2020 and this was explained to you during a phone conversation you had with our Servicing Manager, *****************. At the end of this call, you were very upset and stated that you do not wish to continue working with us and hung up the phone. As you can see, we have done everything we can to assist you and you are not willing to cooperate. We are here to help you and we will gladly continue the work if you allow us.     You said I could not be reached and did not respond, however you failed to mention that I was given a wrong number by you to contact my representative, for which you appologized for, NOT ME. I NEVER said any such thing as to being *** or family crisis. I never recieved an email from you and I left multiple messages to GOD KNOWS WHO, because I was given a wrong number. You also failed to mention that you contacted me in December for a payment missed for which I promptly answered and payed without question on the same day. First, why would I answer that call and not any others?, why would I pay and then ignore you?, why would I not be told  that I had been suspended at that time (for 3 months)? and last when I asked to speak to someone regarding my case since I was unable to reach anyone, I was told that they did not handle that and I would need to call back. It was the beginning of Febuary that the discovery of me having a wrong number was discovered when I was finally able to talk to someone and I was furious to also find out at that time I was suspended, but was still being charged and that NOTHING had been done for me up to that point. No one even reached out to the *** to get a disclosure on mine and my husbands behalf to inform us of what back taxes needed filed. I couldn't get W2s if I didn't know which ones. It was never mentioned. The only reason I sent 2020 and 2021 is because I didn't know which others were needed and your company would not tell me. I HIRED you for the sole purpose to do just that, file

    I requested the company to amend the previous tax years.2009,2010, 2016,2017, 2018. They requested $295.00 in which I paid. This was in June. Then they reached out to me stating I would owe IRS $27,000 and they would fix it for $6000.00and put me on a payment plan. I should get a refund for later year's because I was only making $10.61 an hour.

    I'M A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER SINCE 2009. DURING THIS TIME I'VE HAD SOME IRS ISSUES SO WHEN I GOT A ADVERTISEMENT ***** FROM (IDEAL TAX) I GAVE THEM A CALL. WE'VE SPOKE A FEW TIMES ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME AND MY SITUATION. IN THE MEANTIME SINCE I TALKED TO THEM I GOT MY TAX ISSUES TAKEN CARE OF. SO WHEN THEY CALLED I EXPLAINED I DON'T NEED THEIR SERVICES AND TO PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM THE CALL LIST AS WELL AS THE ***** LIST. THEY CLAIMED THEY WOULD. THAT WAS IN MAY 2022. IT SEEMS LIKE SINCE I ASKED THEM TO STOP WITH LETTERS, *****S, TEXT, AND PHONE CALLS, AND VOIC***** IT'S GOTTEN WORSE! THESE PEOPLE BLOW MY PHONE UP I CAN'T EVEN RECIEVE CALLS FOR ANYONE TO LEAVE VM BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY USE UP ALL MY VM, THEY CALL MY BUSINESS PHONE (CELL) NON-STOP, THEY SEND LETTERS OVER OVER, THEY SEND OVER OVER *****S. I EVEN TOLD THEM IF I NEEDED HELP IN THE FUTURE I WOULD CALL THEM BUT AS OF THIS TIME I DO NOT NEED THEIR SERVICES AND TO REMOVE ME FROM THEIR LIST. AND OF COURSE THEY DID NOT. SO WHEN THEY CALL IT RINGS THEIR NUMBER AND PUTS ME ON HOLD FOREVER THEN A RECORDING NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TALK AT THIS TIME LEAVE A MESSAGE AND I DO! SO WHY CALL IF YOUR GOING TO LEAVE THEM FOR VM. SO I TEXT THEM BACK AND EXPLAINED THAT I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE *** ASSOCIATION AND DO BAD REVIEWS IF THEY DO NOT STOP. SO I SEEN THEY ARE BBB MEMBERS SO I'M TRUSTING AND HOPE BBB CAN HELP GET THIS RESOLVED BEFORE I HAVE TO LEGALLY APPROACH THIS ISSUE WITH THEM AND I WILL IF IT DOESN'T STOP.     I needed help with my back taxes and I saw Ideal Tax Solutions online so I went ahead and gave them a call. Rated A on BBB, I said how bad can it be. So, I started dealing with IDTS in Oct 2021. The first person we spoke to was ***************************** (no longer w/co.). He took our payment of 5k and stated he was going to get the ball rolling. There are after we was told that ***************************** was taking over the case and would be in contact with us. He made approx 1 to 2 contacts with me if that by phone. ***** never would respond to calls. In the mist of this I am sending signed ***** of ******** and other pertinent information to get this going. I then get a call from a lady named *********************. She stated that she would be working with me and needed some documents signed and faxed. Everything she has requested I sent. Here we are today, 7/13/22 and has requested something we have sent at the least 3 times. I am getting nowhere with this company. They were quick to take your money and think people have money to send faxes that were previously sent. We are in a recession! I don't have money to just throw around. Serves have not been rendered and I'm out 5k that I could have used to pay some of my taxes. I don't know how this business received an "A" with the BBB but they are thieves. I have fax confirmations for faxes I have sent in the past. I hope this can be settled or I will have to get an attorney to resolve this ongoing nightmare. I work hard for my money just to give it away to a company that cannot provide the services they offer. Attached are some of the faxes that were sent.
