I completed the INTAKE step on April 5 during which *********************** ******* Services Specialist) was very helpful. **** put me on the Exit Team, informed me that my assigned Exit Strategist was ******************* and that she would be reaching out to me on or after 4/12/2024. 4 weeks later I have yet to hear from *****, even though I sent an email to her on 4/25/2024 asking for a brief update on my case.******************

This company is fraudulent and deceitful. They promised a smooth exit from our Westgate timeshare. However after spending $3,000 about 4 years ago there has been no resolution or response. Run far away from this company. It's a scam.

I started the process of getting out of my timeshare in June of 2022, after my daughter unexpectedly passed away, to relieve some of the financial burden on us. It has been over 2 1/2 years now and all I get is that an offer was made in May, 2023. Still no answers. Had I known this would have been such an exhaustive process, I would have never have taken this on, especially at such an emotional time of great loss in my family. You must do better at communicating with your clients and moving the process along in a better timeframe.

It gives me great pleasure to write a letter of gratitude and thanks for the work completed by Resort Advisory Group in helping me end my timeshare contract with ************************* I was looking for an organization who could help me end my timeshare contract and came across this company. I looked at their website and fortunately was vacationing near their offices and called to see if they were available for me to visit. I made the drive, was warmly greeted and welcomed into their offices, introduced to staff and presented with their process of assisting folks who needed assistance exiting a timeshare. In the course of several months, they helped me write my proposal to exit my timeshare, held my hand to complete the paperwork and kept me updated with the work they were doing with ******. Hats off to RAG, they bulldoged the timeshare company for us with an excellent legal team. Were free of our obligation that the timeshare companies seem to think that they have an unbreakable stranglehold on you for the rest of your life. It took 3years but so worth it. What a feeling of relief to not be financially drained by these timeshare parasites!

They scam you just like the timeshare do! They convince you to trust them to get you justice, only to get you under contract like timeshares. They promised me to stop the harassment and I paid an group of attorneys supposedly, to send out a letter to stop the contact and it never happened! I called and called to no avail, only answering services so they said. When I first signed up the call was always answered until they got me under contract, now nobody talks me until I stopped making that payment on the contract, now I get calls with more lies! The resort advisor group feed off of the timeshare industry! Beware and stay away!Scammed twice *******************

Your assigned attorney also issued a cease and desist letter to the timeshare developer on your behalfa step known to be effective in many cases. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, some timeshare developers choose to ignore these legal notices, a reaction that is beyond our control, despite our best efforts. We understand your frustration with the timeshare industry and the additional stress of feeling unheard.
