My run with Timeshare Compliance was a total nightmare. Dropped $4,000 to ditch my Wyndham contract, and guess what? Two years later,andt stilled trapped like a bad sequel. My credit score took a nosedive from rockstar to dumpster fire in the low 500s. Slowly clawing my way back, thanks to some activist wizardry of TreeofAlpha.01. This guy got me out for way less and in under three months. He didn't promise much but has delivered excellently. Highly reco ! if your'e OK with his let's say " creative " tactics. Fi nd Tree on Signal ap.p if you want out without selling a kidney. More " skilled" people like Tree should use thier gift to help people. ******** !Timeshare Compliance

I got with them in Feb 2019 with the promise from them that the process would take 12 to 18 months. After spending $3300 on their promise, plus the $600 to MXM Legal, it took right at 6 YEARS. It finally got done in Feb 2025. I do NOT recommend this company. Granted, the ** covid stuff caused some delays, but it should not have taken this long if everyone was doing what they promised. Oh, and lets not forget the "credit monitoring" that they wanted so they could track anything that may appear on my credit report from the timeshare that I was trying to get out of.Timeshare Compliance

Do not use this company!!! I agree with other reviews, they lead with all the promises and ask you about the promises made by your timeshare as a tool to build your case. They talk about how they are with every step, that your credit will be protected (I should have known, when the company they used for that went under). They had no option for a back up company, just lied and said they are looking into it and will get back with us. Still waiting on that call. Looks more like I am the idiot for thinking this was legit. Now not just in debt for the timeshare but also with the legal fees, I bet they would be ready to come after us if we stopped their monthly payment as they had us do with the timeshare. The site says they don't advise you to stop paying you monhtly fees, but that too is a lie. DO NOT DO IT, IF YOU HAVE A TIMESHARE YOU ARE JUST STUCK WITH THAT DECISION.Timeshare Compliance

We have been dealing with Time Share Compliance since 2022 and STILL have absolutely NO results! Every call, email or any communication states the same thing "you are in the last stages" Well, we have paid them well over 20k and still have had horrible hits on our credit, even having credit protection that all of a sudden we didnt sign that since they went in house with the credit repair company! We have paid them more than we did with the time share we had and have had nothing but extreme headaches and aggravation! They lie just like Wyndham did to us! We have no contract for some payment that they have been taking out of our account for and ***** knows why. Well, today, I have called EVERY number I have for the Time Share Compliance and not one number works!! I guarantee they are just as bad of liars, manipulators, and disrespectful as the Time Share companies out there!!!! I do NOT recommend this company at all unless you want the same games you have with your **********************Timeshare Compliance

Unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic hit right after I contracted with Timeshare Compliance, which prolonged the dispute regarding my Timeshare. Once Covid-19 was over they provided the documentation showing that my Timeshare property was returned to the Timeshare company, and my contract was closed. Our senior analyst, ***, did a great job explaining what timeshare compliance would do to rid us of our timeshare. He was courteous and answered all of our questions.Whenever we contacted timeshare compliance, they would contact us in a timely manner and help us with whatever problems we had there were times when we had not heard about any progress, it was frustrating, but they always assured us that this was an ongoing process. As promised, the process took 18 months. Just like the timeshare you purchase... Time Share Compliance sounded like a good way to get out of the time share. Swift and smooth talkers. Once we signed with them it was pretty much... The customer does the work, TSC provides you the steps. We have not ever missed a payment to Marriot Time Share. TSC told us to stop payments immediately that it will help the process move faster. Once you miss payments then your credit gets hit. In the end you pretty much have a foreclosure on your credit report. Now, I am looking at 7 years for it to be removed. My advice is to try and work with whoever you have the timeshare with Chances are they had you sign with false pretense. Both of them are scams. I called TSC just 2 days ago (Our Time Share was Cancelled last Year 2024). I advised that my credit shows a foreclosure. They did not want to listen. The lady said she would email information on the credit repair. All she sent was how to contest the **** on our report. TIME SHARE COMPLIENCE IS A SCAM !!!Timeshare Compliance

*****,we take all reviews very seriously. we did help you out of your timeshare. The developer was pushed by us to end your contract and they know we get results. Without our help, people are stuck in their timeshare for many many years. Yes, your credit can be affected. we do offer help in how to dispute the developer's claim on your credit. we can not do this for you. Your credit report and info only belongs to you. there is no easy way out of a complicated timeshare contract. We do get our clients out in the best way possible.
