      We bought a water filter system back in 2021. Recently spent $200 on new water filters and was told after the purchase that the filters were not going to be able to be used since the system is now faulty and the discontinued the product. Spent another $200 for a technician to come out to be told the same thing they mentioned on the phone. We were never able to use the filters they sold to us and now they will not refund the $200 for the filters that are not able to be used.

      They sell their products to fake fraud dealers! I paid over $8000 to Elements water plumbing. System isnt working and Apollo products! They ignored calls and emails. I reported to state as well.

      I bought three years ago from this company a water osmosis filter for entire house. I paid around $9,000. The time passed and is time to change the filters, they sent them but not the technician. They charged me for both. After Many calls they return the amount for the service, and they said I have to look for technician because in ******* they does not have any technician to change the filters. When they offered us these filter tanks they said I will have the service for the life of the warranty 20 years, My house have well water and I do not feel comfortable consuming this water. This situation is happening around 6 months ago, and they said they can not help me with this issue, sorry , and I have to bye water every week for the consumer of my whole family. I need to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

      We have been trying to get a hold of a technician for weeks to troubleshoot a problem with our softener. We are experiencing low water pressure through out our home (built in 2021)It started with no pressure on our refrigerator.After calling apollo tek they stated it was our refrigerator. No water or ice displaying error message. We called ** they sent out a technician. They stated the refrigerator (onky 2 years old) is working perfectly, it was due to low water pressure coming from the softner. We have called ****** tek multiple times with no clear explanation on to why they refuse to send out a technician. They keep telling us technicians are not in our area and cannot set up an appointment. They refuse to make an appointment and send someone out to check the system. Poor customer service and no accountability.

      I have a water filtration system with them using osmosis units to avoid concerns of taste, color, and odor. I called them around three weeks with all the concerns mentioned above. I spoke with different personal, I sent pictures requested by them and no answered at all. I have three kids in my house and until today i am still buying bottle water from stores

      Hi, I am ***********************, and I would like to reopen the complaint #********.  Apparently I'm done with this complaint after a call with Apollotech, but the issue was not resolved on their part.  The technician never showed up to our house, and we are still without water that my family can consume for many months, close to a year with this situation. 
      I called them back and they apologized for the inconvenience "but we do not have any technician in your area" sorry. 
      I paid $9,000. for osmosis water filters and we can use them because they can't repair them.  When they came to my house they offer everything, help 24 hours, filters each year, service any time that I need it, and what is happening now.  I need the system to work perfectly. I live in a community with well water, I do not have city water, no option for us.  For a year we are buying water and it is not fear for us and for our health.
      I will appreciate it if you reopen my case and try to find a solution as soon as possible.

      Over several weeks we have attempted to reach the customer. Voice mail was either full or used a second number to dial where we left messages. Spoke with the husband today who admits to not answering the calls and/or returning voice mails.  Apollotek International is attempting to help the customer with their purchase done separately.  We are eager to helping them resolve their matter.

       Good morning 
      The statement by ***************;that he provided the gift card is a lie. Please have him provide the evidence of me redeeming a valid gift card. As stated he sent a gift card in someones elses name and when I went to ********** to redeem it, there was no $ on the card.. Its a shame this company is allowing someone who resell their product to lie and not care to get to the bottom or it. Why would a custom spend time on a matter such as this if it didnt happen?!

      I have called repeatedly to troubleshoot an ongoing problem with my water filtration system. Still, there have been very few replies via email or phone call (due to the time zone, I am in ****** time zone, and the customer service is in **********). There has been no resolution or contact to speak to a person from the company! The water filtration system has been flushing its water every other day, wasting gallons of water per week and costing me a fortune in water utilities.

            This issue has to do with reprogramming the controlvalve and is a very simple process and it takes less than two minutes. The control valve is manufactured by ***** ** and is truly number one state of the art control vale for residential water systems.

       

            if *********** does not know how to program it, we will be happy to assist him or he can refer to YouTube on how to program ***** E valve . we have been in touch with *********** and we will do our best to assist him. ***********  made an intelligent decision to purchase his water

       

           system to protect himself and the family from chemicals and harmful hardness. Apollotek Int does not install water system, as his installation was done by an outside **mpany, however we have more than ****** happy customers and will strive to assist him.

      We had our water softener and filtration system installed at the end of October. It worked for November. At the beginning of December, it clogged and flooded my garage. Destroyed boxes with my children's memorabilia in it. We tried calling after hours, when off from work, and were unable to even leave a message. Finally got ahold of someone during the day who told ** they could repair it, but we would have to pay labor. We said no, it's too new for that, and they finally agreed to come and fix it but never set a date, despite many phone calls. On the Friday before New Year's, I called and said I wanted it uninstalled. We haven't had it long enough to manage these kinds of issues. A few hours later, I get a call saying they are coming by that day to fix it. I let them know we were out of town and also, I don't want it fixed, I want it removed.The following Tuesday my husband gets a call from the owner stating that it's our fault it's not fixed because they tried.

         Apollotek International manufactures water systems and does not install water systems. The unit was installed by an outside contractors and is not related with Apollotek Int in any way, but however we decided 

          to go out of our way and assist ****************. We will keep trying to reach **************** to find out about the issue with ************************ and assist her in any way possible.

      We are asking for all equipment to be uninstalled and the contract with Apollotek ended, that is the only resolution. 

      We got the system at the end of October, it broke down at the end of November and flooded my garage. We asked for someone to fix it for weeks and got the run around, detailed in the original report. In late December, with Apollotek refusing to set a date to fix it and giving different stories of what they would and wouldn't do, I told them I wanted the system uninstalled. As soon as I said that they wanted to fix it and had people available that day. If they could have people available so quickly, why did they refuse to help us for so long? At first they said they were going to charge us to fix it, then they said they wouldn't charge us, but refused to even offer times when someone could, for weeks (while it was still leaking in the garage), then, once I said I wanted it gone, they had someone immediately ready, but they can't uninstall it because "the bank" won't let them, so I called Aquafinance and it sounds like Apollotek is who needs to figure it out and now it's not their company (just their sub-contractor) but they want to do me "a favor" and have offered to fix the system. I have had this water softener for 3 months, it has worked 1. At every step this company has demonstrated gross negligence and dishonesty; why would I agree to keep working with them? What happens when it breaks again? This system and this company are a liability to my home, our garage is still covered in a thick layer of salt from the flood. 

      I want the system removed. I want out of this contract. I never want to see or hear from Apollotek after that. That is the only acceptable resolution.

           Apollotek never installed the water system for *************** and it seems their issue has to do with their high water pressure , however we are willing to assist them and resolve their issue. We have called on numerous times and unfortunately, they are not allowing

       

           us to assist them. Apollotek int manufactures water systems and do not work directly with consumers, however we are willing to assist them in any way possible.

      I and my husband have not heard from Apollotek in weeks.

      How can Apollotek determine that it's a water pressure issue if no one has come to my house?

      Every conversation with Apollotek is about how this is someone else's fault. Having someone come and fix a new installed and completely broken system is not a favor, it is a requirement for a newly purchased product and being told, after all of this, you are willing to fix your broken system as a favor to us underscores exactly why we want this system removed and our association ended; we JUST got this and it broke within a month, what would happen if it breaks down again in 6 months? This company is demonstrably unreliable. I super need a water softener where I live, but I will happily work with another agency who is reliable and whose complaints (upon a deeper look into Apollotek) do not look exactly like mine and so many other's experiences with this organization.

      So I bought a water filtration system and one of the filters has been leaking and I've been trying to get in contact with the company nobody reaches out. I have emailed and called them multiple times. I called the person that came to install it but he said he hasn't been able to reach management either. The leak is getting worse and worse that's why I need this to be resolved.

          ************* never properly maintained his water system. Unfortunately , if the customers do not take care of their water systems and do not change their filters and cartridges every six months , then Their water systems will not function properly.

       

          Just like a automobile, if you buy a brand new car and never do any maintenance , your car will start to beak done. ************* has already received his replacement filters and his issue has been resolved. Mr **********;made a very intelligent decision by purchasing his

       

         water system to protect himself and his family from dangerous chemicals in our tap water.
