They have the worst court in service. Its all about the money. In the orange office we suffered with staff quitting, new people who knew nothing about the program and still do t. Ive been waiting for a refund for an over charge and am still waiting for ****** the branch manager to respond. Its a scam.Review from Dan L

A formerly ***************** program that I have used for over 35 years has been eroding in customer quality over the last couple of years. Membership cancellation is nearly impossible. Lindora uses deceptive, dishonest, membership cancellation practices. A month before my membership was set to end, I notified Clinic employees who gave instructions for membership cancellation which were followed. I later received an email asking to call a clinic in a county clinic Ive never been to. Their cancellation instructions I were to send a message on the Lindora contact us page. I sent a *********** never received a reply. Unrelated to any previous Lindora communications, I was contacted by ****** in billing who said he was unaware of any of my previous attempts to cancel. He told me everything was my fault because I didnt read the contract. He didnt care that I was given conflicting instructions from 3 different Lindora employees. ****** laughed when I said that these tactics looked a lot like a mafia type shakedown. ****** wore me down & I paid a $169 fee which is a month to month membership that apparently automatically happens when a membership concludes. Now I have to send snail mail to officially cancel the membership. Im sure that notification will never reach Lindora either. I have been a customer off & on for about 35 years but over the last 2 years, I have noticed a downward trend away from patient care & more to squeezing money out customers. The program works but BEWARE of the "membership". They make it difficult to cancel by requiring that you go into the clinic. I had not been able to to to the clinic for a year. Each month for that year, I was charged $109 for a "membership" I couldn't use. Finally went into clinic to cancel in person and they assured me it would cancel that date and I would have no further charges. However, they charged my card the next week. When I called to let them know, the response was she didn't really understand how their cancellation policy works. When she called to verify for me, she was told it takes their office 21 days to cancel after notice. They basically charge a 30 day penalty because the membership stops the date of notice, but charges continue for 30 days past the date they stop the "membership". This is WRONG. If they require a 30 day notice, they should continue "membership" through the period of payment. My point is, this company works hard to enrich themselves by billing for "memberships" that people don't use or want by making it ****** difficult to cancel, because of their policy requiring that you must go into the clinic in order to cancel. It's clear, this billing scheme is greedy and no serving their clients best needs.For this reason, I can't recommend. Buyer beware.Review from Lisa A.

HORRIBLE!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE, READ THAT LONG DRAWN OUT CONTRACT DON'T TRUST THE MANAGEMENT THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING FOR YOU TO SIGN UP!Purchased a 1 yr plan during this time I was able to work the plan and be somewhat successful, but what I learned was it's all about product pushing and not your success! I was told by the clinic manager," in order to continue your program I had to come in for labs" I knew I was not going to continue so did not go in for labs. To my surprise, they continue to take monthly payments out of my account even though you cannot continue service without your labs!!Now I had signed up for a lifetime membership and was told I would pay for 1 yr and can continue to go for service for my lifetime, but what they don't tell you is you have to continue to pay that monthly payment! what does lifetime membership mean exactly if you have to pay anyways??Then to pour salt in the wound I get an email stating my clinic is closing!! wtf so that lifetime membership that I have to continue paying for every month I cannot even use unless I go to a different clinic, the closest clinic is 20 miles away from me!!!! Deceptive billing practices! Dont sign their contracts! Soon after signing up for a one year membership I was diagnosed with cancer. It is stage 4 and aggressive. They paused my membership which means they didnt ask me to make appointments anymore but I was still charged. No problem. I signed the contract. But hidden in the contract is that it will renew after the one year! My treatment took me out of state. I cannot go in to their offices to cancel and corporate NEVER answers the phone. The nurses at Lindora in Orange are amazing. They kindly guide you throughout the program and help you with any questions. The program requires meal planning, but their snacks and refrigerated meals make it easy. Ive lost 30 pounds in less than a year.Review from Darlene H

First of all, I want to say that the Lindora program worked for me... However, between the numerous call to "check up on me"... which really was to tell me about the sale they were having, so I stopped answering.Also, I signed up for the 1 year membership program by paying monthly... I called to cancel with my clinic who told me that I couldn't cancel until the next month and had to come in. after 1 month I called the main office who told me that I could cancel online. Something the clinic didn't tell me about. I"m sure they just wanted me to buy more product. I cancelled mid August 2021 and was told Lindora would tally up what I owed them at the end of the month. So I believed that I was officially cancelled mid Sept 2021. Nope... I was charged on my cc $159.00, which I wasn't expecting. But was expecting to pay half of the month. I called and the lady was very dismissive. There was no sense in argueing since I knew this conversation would result in "not my favor."I'm so sad about this... Again... great program. Two months ago I had a membership and they were charging me $50. The manager kept harassing me to get my labs up to date, but I had just had a traumatic emergency operation. I went in today and all of a sudden my membership is "not in the computer". I asked the manager what happened and she just aid, "oh the computer show you are not a member, nothing I can do". They are still taking money out of my account and no one will call me back. 3 years ago, I had signed up for a Zerona program. They told me I had to sign up for a membership that was $50 a month (12 month minimum contract) and I could not just pay for my labs. The first week into the program Lindora suspended my program (after spending close to $3,000 for everything) AGAINST MY WILL, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. They continued to charge me $50 a month for a membership I was not allowed to use. They said they couldn't "cancel" because of the contract even though they are the ones who suspended it against my will. They kept saying they would re-instate it once I bring a Dr. note. I finally got a Dr to give me a note (which is near impossible btw because they don't want to be liable). When I gave them the note, they then refused to reinstate my program and I lost all of my money I put into it and they cancelled all of my Lipotropic and booster shots, from my account (cost me $1500).Review from Danielle C

I started Lindora on 7.20.21. I signed all the paper work and began my journey. Then after a month I notice a monthly charge from them. I called and they told me it was a monthly fee and I signed all the paper work for it. There was a s*** load of paper work and to be honest I didn't read it all. So they got me on that. Here's what I know, I kept telling *****, the salesman at the ***************** office, I can't believe it's $218 for a year, this is great. I never heard him once say no that just for the sign up and one month. When I called him to talk to him he told me you didn't hear me a few times. I said ***** if I heard you I would not have signed. Anywho, I received a call from the ***************** Nothing they could do. I said look I'm calling you now to see if there is anything you can help me with, again nothing they can do. I signed the paper work and the end. ****** learned. They have no flexibility, which is a shame. One would think that a company like that would try working something out with the client. Moving forward I have a whole year of payments I have to make. But reading all of everyone's complaints I only pray that they can cancel my membership when the time comes.******** CReview from Judy H
