    I spent the upwards of $1000 on weft extensions. I wore them for 8 weeks, had them moved up, wore them for another 8 weeks and had them taken out. I had them reinstalled around 6-7 months later and noticed an exorbitant amount of shedding. Upon having them removed, the darker colored wefts were intact, the blond wefts barely had any hair left in them. Obviously, this isnt due to anything other than the blond wefts being defective, as the darker colored wefts were intact. Ive had extensions for almost six years and have never dealt with the poor quality issues I have with Dream Catchers. I absolutely would never purchase this product again. But at your own risk!

    THE WORST hair extensions I have ever bought. I purchased $500 worth of K tip extensions and they literally came in and were installed. They look horrible and I am so upset. The night they were installed I noticed how frizzy, dry, and just generally ugly they were. They shed like crazy and are just so bad. DO NOT buy these if you want your hair to idk, look good ??

    Horrible company! Avoid at all costs! I purchased $1,200 worth of weft extensions and wore them for 2.5 weeks before they began shedding and breaking off. My stylist contacted the company as they off a 60 day money back guarantee or replacement for fried or defective extensions. I paid to send my extensions in and over a course of 3 months found out that they denied my claim, kept my $1,200 worth of hair, tossed it or recycled it and declined to offer anything other than 30% off of a new $1,200 set. I contacted customer service and they said the person that handled the claim no longer works there and that they couldnt help even if I paid return shipping. I messaged DC on Instagram and they ended up blocking me from sending messages! This company is a scam and is beyond crooked! I was robbed blind of $1,200. False advertising! If I had enough money, Id file a law suit against them! They are awful! The *** is a Scam artist!

    To start with, we have no idea who this client is however after reading the above statement it seems like she is a general consumer (a customer of one of our stylists) which we have no nor ever had any direct communication with. We have never received any funds from her directly and the $1,200 she is referring to WAS NOT paid to us but to her stylist in a marked up price. Furthermore, she would NEVER had sent her extensions directly to us because as stated above we do not deal directly with the consumer (she could have only returned them to her stylist which is where the timeline of 3 months could have encored as the stylist very well might have delayed in returning them to us if at all but without any names, dates or purchase times its possible for us to comment). We as a company stand fully behind our product and deal with over ****** stylists who all order on a regular basis and should there be a justified claim, we would be MORE than happy to replace any product that is defective as long as it has not been chemically altered in any way and would like the opportunity to investigate this further if she can provide us with the details requested:1. Stylists Name 2. Date of Purchase We understand that she is disappointed and we will do our level best to resolve her concerns.
