    First, this company is selling through my ******* store. I don't know how much the salesman gets, but I would not buy there warranty again, it is a farce. Second, the warranty number they assign is worthless, If you need to use it you have to fill out their form on the web. giving them all you info AGAIN plus your receipt. They cannot find it from you warranty number THEY ASSIGN.Time wise it is not cost efficient to deal with them. They said I would receive new covers, but the site charges over ***** for shipping. Later, they offered to pay *********** then I ordered 3 covers for 5.00 and it was easy. It is a good scam from my point of view. But like most scams, worthless.

    Joining the others in describing how terrible and scammy this company is. Screen protector busted from simply leaning against a metal railing with almost no pressure. Cheap products sold at a premium, and they make deals with the stores to sell their garbage. Then trying to get a replacement is like pulling teeth. Paid and ordered over two weeks ago, they created a label, but never shipped it, even though they claimed to have.I have half a mind to sue them for false business practices with how predatory this "free replacement" warranty is. They do not deserve to be in any kind of business.

    I purchased a puregear screen protector when I purchased ********** iPhone 15 at a ******* store. A few months later, the screen protector cracked when it was dropped. On their website, I filled out a claim form as I was registered and submitted it, I did not hear back and reached out again. It was very difficult to get them to reply or get back to me on what I need to do to get a new screen protector. Finally, a couple months later, someone replied to me, but you have to pay money by PayPal to have it shipped. It just seems like this company will try very hard to make you jump through so many hoops that you nearly give up. In the end, you will have to pay out tot get another screen protector. Stay away Very Shady!! Extremely bad customer service.!!!

    I paid $60 for my screen protector on my ******* 23 ultra.. I've never even dropped my phone but the protector was cracked so I bought a new protector online. I just took the puregear protector off my phone to find out I have cracks all over my actual phone.. contacted puregear for their warranty that they boast about and they told me that I have to pay to get my screen repaired and then submit all kinds of information and they may reimburse me up to $100???? Like wth??? It cost over $300 to repair my screen. Pure Gear is selling fraudulent protectors that claim "guaranteed" but they do not protect your phone nor are they guaranteed.They don't even deserve a one star!

    The screen saver busted and my phone was damaged. I then paid a deductible for a replacement phone and filled out the claim to be reimbursed for my ****** amount. I sent all the pics and proof of payment pics as well they denied my claim. Email 3 times and just 1 response there customer service is a joke as well as the screen protector. ********************** on them.

    Do not buy! I spent $50 on a screen protector due to their promise of a free replacement. Well,After owning it for 8 weeks my screen protector cracked while in my pocket. I reached out to puregear to get my free replacement and was told it would be $***** for shipping. All the screen protectors I have bought in the past came in 4 packs for around $20 dollars on Amazon. Why would I pay ***** for a replacement that will break in 2 months when I can buy 4 for less than $20 on Amazon. PureGear is just a terrible product that overcharges on the promise of free replacements.

    Purchased the Steel 360 IPhone screen protector for my replacement IPhone (for IPhone SE 3rd Gen). It was the only screen protector I could find for the IPhone SE. We had the phone a few weeks and dropped something on the bottom of the phone. The screen protector cracked (almost shattered) but the IPhone screen was unharmed. Since we had the screen protector registered with Pure.Gear, we submitted a claim for a new screen protector (paid $12.99/shipping) and received a new (replacement only) Steel 360 replacement protector. We removed the old protector, cleaned phone and replaced with new protector. All went very well and was impressed with the protection that the Pure.Gear Steel 360 provided to the IPhone.

    $20 more than the other screen protector for the "free replacement " that will cost ********* $21 plus taxes. Already had the sorry to see you go typed out before I answered. ??

    Pure Gear is the worst screen protector I ever purchased for my ******* phone. The screen protector cracked within a couple of months and while waiting for a replacement, my phone screen cracked. When I submitted a claim for reimbursement of the phone, they only sent me $100 out of the $282 I spent. Customer support services is challenging to say the least. You can only communicate via email and have to wait days for a response. I would not recommend their products to anyone. You have to pay shipping and handling ever single time the screen protector is damaged. I have already paid half of the price of the original screen protector in 2 replacements. Life time warranty needs to be re-evaluated because it is an absolute joke!!!
