I ordered a "set" of dumbells as described on their website on 3/7/25. The website stated delivery would be in 3 to 5 days and that they would send me notification when they shipped. On 3/12/25 I had not received shipping confirmation so I emailed them. I received a response stating the delivery time was 14 to 21 business days. I immediately sent an email back canceling my order and asked for a credit. The next day, the package was delivered. The package contained 1 dumbell which is not a set. Please refer to the screenshot of my order which shows 2 dumbells in the photo and notes it as a set. I contacted the company to get a refund or another dumbell. They said one dumbell is a set and that I could return the item however they just moved their warehouse to ***** and I would have to pay to ship it to *****. The company says its based in **. This is not disclosed anywhere and obviously shipping a 52lb dumbell to ***** is not practical. I have contacted them at least *********************************** another matching dumbell at no change to make a "set" . I've figured out that their responses appear to be AI bot generated and that they aren't interested in resolution. This company uses willful deception and bate and switch tactics to scam customers. Please seek resolution on my behalf and ban them from doing business in the ***. Shame on them.Initial Complaint

As with other customer complaints I've read on this site, I received one of two dumbbells as described in the original selling advertisement and in the order confirmation photo. I bought online from ************************** a set/pair of dumbbells and resistance bands. The picture showed two dumbbells, implying that it was a set or pair. On March 8th I received a box from them that contained a single dumbbell, not two, and I also did not receive the resistance bands, which on their tracking site indicates it's still waiting to be shipped. I've tried to reach out to them via ******************************* which they said for all complaints or refund requests is where customers should go to. I've received zero responses from them regarding my issues and really don't think I am going to get anything resolved through their channels.Initial Complaint

I bought adjustable dumbbells, expecting a set of two, but only received one. The product description and images on their website made it seem like a pair was included.Since I needed two, I ordered another one, but the second dumbbell they sent was completely different from the first. I purchased a product on December 29th. Realizing I was gifted a virtually similar product I asked to return it. While they can seemingly ship it in 48 hours, when asked to return it they said their shipping center had just been moved to ***** and all returns must be sent there. Its clearly a scam to make returns impossible as the cheapest return costs over $300. The offer a measly 20% return or a 50% of your purchase as a gift card to order something.Initial Complaint

Placed an order online with ************************ for minor gym equipment (Set of dumbbells). As I was checking out for the order, the shipping address changed itself without telling me when I used ****** as the payment source (this part is not MyGymUSA.coms responsibility). So, I literally immediately emailed MyGymUSA using the email for customer service listed on their website, saying to please cancel the order because it placed to the wrong shipping address. The email bounced back saying it is undeliverable. So I called MyGymUSA and was only able to leave a message. I also used a form on their website to email them. Over the ensuing two weeks I have contacted them about a dozen more times and they have never responded other than bot messages that do not apply to my request to cancel the order.I did however, receive numerous automated emails telling me that the order is on its way, including one saying the tracking number had changed. The shipper was ****** and I have verifiable proof that I contacted ***** as well, multiple times, rejecting the order, explaining it is not going to my address. ***** agreed in writing (email) to return the package to the sender, not just once, but twice. But, instead, ***** still delivered the package to the wrong address and sent me a automated message saying my package was delivered. I do not live there, and have not, for three years, so I did not receive it, and neither MyGymUSA nor ***** has made any attempt to solve this or refund ***** of this writing ai have nothing other than inappropriate automated responses from MyGymUSA and from *****, so my complaint is truly about both of these companies, since neither is being responsible, and MyGymUSA looks to be committing fraud by ************ all their customers in this way. 1/30/2025 Website said 2 dumbells and a stand, got email that says Im only getting one dumbbell. Reached out they wont respond. Want my money back for false advertisement and deception. Purchase 10/30/24, ~9:00 pm C.S.T. Immediately after purchase, the company sent me an FAQ document. At the bottom of the document it stated that "1 pair" of dumbbells referred to the one bar, one set of weights and the plastic base of one dumbbell. The photo at the time of purchase stated "1 set" and showed a picture of two dumbbells. I immediately requested the order to be cancelled. So far the only response I have received are automated emails saying they will get back to me in 2-3 days and a separate email stating that my order was "shipped" at 7:00 a.m. C.S.T. on 10/31/24 via Fed Ex, though that is impossible. *** Ex only collects freight in the late afternoon. The "shipped" represented someone creating a label in the *** Ex system.
