    I opened account with ********************** and decided that I did not want to keep the account that I have already placed online orders with the account the account has got closed and coincidentally one of the orders refunded me back to me the atlas account they accepted the refund and for 2 weeks now have not refunded my money they told me to reopen the account I tried to do that provided my ID and all verified documents and now they decided that the account can't be reopened but I have not returned my money

    On 4/24/25 Atlas Credit card sent a link for the 8th time which I finally opened and decided to look into obtaining a new card As they clearly stated a 1000 bonus by using $50 a week for 6 months ( this is not my issue but after you submit it states you could win 1000). They claim there is no harm to your credit my answering a few questions and never offer a signature or send full details of your process. I have used other apps like progressive leasing which asked you questions as well just to verify and Atlas also ask you countless questions for verification not knowing I am actually submitting until you are on the app showing you owe them right away. Attempting to cancel is a nightmare and you are threatened with a huge tarnished credit score from them. This is my first ever complaint for any company or business after reading all the reviews that are not processed by them but by real users there is very shady scam business going on. It's extremely evident when you go on different forms to see the same problems people are having an issues.

    This company is deceptive. I had smartpay turned off, which is automatically on when you open the account, because they were taking from my bank account daily. On top of that, I PAUSED PAYMENT UNTIL THE END OF THIS WEEK. Since I turned it off and paused it, they decided to take a $87.99 smartpay payment from my deposit account with them instead. When I asked the chat if my available balance would reflect that payment, I was met with the generic message that I had to wait 48 hours for someone to reach out which is absolutely ridiculous. I went through all their FAQ and nothing answered my question. Got an email this morning explaining that no, my available balance wont reflect that payment and now, my spend power is almost nothing because my deposit account was used to pay my balance. I NEEDED that money and now Im screwed. I wouldnt recommend this company if my life depended on it.

    March 29th, 2025 I opened an account with this company and closed it the same day, it wasnt what I expected. April 16th $8.99 was debited from my account. I have sent emails no response, I left a message no response. Their recording states no live operator contact, only emails that are being not responded to. Also when try to cancel membership it doesnt allow you to. I would like my money refunded and no future monies debited from my account and all information deleted from their system.

    The company ask me to verify myself I was OK. Then they lock the account I said if this happen once it will happen again. So I decide I should close my account. Then I withdraw ****** out of my account. My deposited just hit my account. An couldn't get no money out cause the account r was lock. Then they ask me was I trying to pay something at ******* for hundred dollar. I said no they lock down the card. So in my mind I was trying to get all my money out of the account the they sent some info about my card was no longer no good they have to reissue another card. No just verify my address. So then I gave them my new address now they said the address don't match I just told them inside the notes. Hey this is my new address. Then I said close down the account now they trying to take all my money except ****** cause they deposited this amount into my chime account. This company not right at all.

    This company stolen my money and not trying to give it back. I ask for my March stament because it reflect on my account balance  before they closed my account.     I had my paycheck direct deposited and can't open the app to activate my card to pay my bills .I'm gonna have my phone shut off car repo for non payment n other bills . because I can't open or access my money I've emailed support team,live a.i. chat I keep getting same response to open app and activate my card I can't open the app!

    Signed up online, but never completed the process. I have never activated a card, nor have I received a card. They are also doing a bank transfer of ***** from my checking account to this card. Transfer was not initiated by myself, nor approved. Have sent in requests to close account previously. Also, I have a balance on this card that has never been activated.

    I was checking out how the Atlas card worked and expected a terms and conditions page where I agree to the terms but it never came up. I need this account canceled immediately and any of my personal identifying information and bank information removed from their app and systems. I tried to cancel as soon as I saw the $15 credit line and a charge for $8.99. The only way to contact them is through message. I want this account canceled and my information deleted from their systems.
