This **** gift card that was sent to us that according to them was part of the 1st promotion but other than that there was no explanation for further shipments. We received multiple calls from a sales rep named ***** who gave his sales pitch for toner. We initially declined the offer. A few months later he called back again with the same offer except it was supposed to be a free if it didnt yield ****** pages. We was not supposed to be charge and was told that we didnt have to use it and could return it .We accepted in order to get them to stop ******** We received a ***** to which we did not use for the longest time, but ended up having to use when our original ran **** This is when the phone calls started back from a **** asking how many pages it had used a couple different times. A few days before it went dead we printed a page yield and was only at ******* It didnt hit the guaranteed ****** pages it was claimed to. The toner didnt last 2 Months. I then called and ask if I could return it, because it didn't do the ****** pages ( which I couldn't print off to prove because the toner was completely out). I was told I could return it, but if their machine said it was ****** then we would be invoiced full price. I was offered 20% off to just pay the invoice and not return it. Which at the time I was so frustrated with them I just took it to be done with it. She called and confirmed that they have received payment. We then ask if it was all taken care of and that was all we owe. We was told YES everything was taken care of! We then got an unmarked package with 5 ****** no packing slips or anything. Later we received a *** dollar American Express gift card for the accepting the trial offer, or so we thought. We later received a invoice in the approximately amount of *** dollars per toner and ** dollars per toner shipped. When calling to request a refund and a return label we then was told by *** that since the ** card was used ( we gave to a lady in need) we could not return anything and that the best they could do was give us *** off the invoice. We have no use for these toners as we did not order them nor can we use them.

We received a call from a sales rep named ******* who gave her sales pitch for this double yield 2 for 1 printer ink deal. We initially declined the offer. A few months later ****** called back again with the same offer and we did decided to give it a try (ordered two inks). We received 2 ink cartridge's and the invoice for the two and then paid the invoice. A different person named Kim then called us to thank us for paying the invoice within the net terms and confirmed that we would be receiving a $100 visa gift card for paying within the net terms and that our other two ink cartridge's were being sent out. I expressed confusion, explaining we ordered 2 of the double yield, *** told us that their cartridge's are normal yield but that they send 2 for the price of 1, (because we ordered 2 we were actually receiving 4 cartridge's total). We had already paid the invoice at that point. While on the phone with **** I even confirmed that there would be no additional invoices and no additional inks sent other than those 4 and no auto-shipments. *** confirmed no and that when we needed more ink we just call them to order more. Last week we received a large box with an additional 6 cartridge's and 1 toner drum (totaling 8 ink cartridge's and 1 drum), along with an additional 4 invoices spread out with terms ranging from net 30 to 120 all totaling close to $*****. We called the Destination Print and spoke with a person there who said that they could only submit a return request if the $100 gift card was not spent (which unfortunately it was, as we gave it to an employee to show appreciation to them). They are currently offering to exchange some of the cartridge's for other printer inks but said that the price listed on these invoiced wont change and they will not accept a return. We do not use enough ink to use all of the cartridge's we received within probably 5 years.. Very disappointed with the scam this company is clearly running after this experience.

I did a trial of ink cartridges from Destination Print. I was told that it would last 3x longer than the usual XL cartridge. It did not. When I received the bill for 317.24 I told them that I did not want to continue. When the ink cartridges were used I paid the original bill on 10/14/21 and again told them that I did not want to continue. A few days later I received a phone call that they were refunding me 100.00 by American Express Gift Card but that they needed to speak to me in order to send it. I received the gift card by Fed Ex. In November, I received FIVE more complete sets of ink. I have had multiple conversations with Destination Print trying to return these ink cartridges that I never ordered. They refuse to accept return of these without a 20% restocking fee totalling $309.00. On 12/20/21 I received 5 invoices totalling $*******. The invoices enclosed were all dated October 22, 2021. The postmark was dated 12/14/2021 from Santa Clarita, CA. I have shipped everything back to Destination Print by Certified Mail, in their new, unopened state with the unused gift card, a copy of all invoices and a photocopy of the mailing envelope. I did not agree to purchase any additional ink beyond the initial trial. I was under the impression that the $100 gift card was a refund due to our multiple conversations about the price of the ink. There is no written contract that I can refer back to. The woman at Destination Print keeps referring to 'the manufacturer'. Stating that the ink should be returned to the manufacturer but there is no manufacturer listed on any of the ink cartridge boxes to contact. My first step would have been to warn the manufacturer that Destination Print is not representing their product well. The product has no identifying markings beyond 'made in China". See Photos Today I was told that the ink would be shipped back and that we would have to pay the restocking fee to get a return label.

In early 2021 I was contacted by Destination Print asking about the toner cartridges we use-when I told them the kind, they offered us "free" samples of printer cartridges, saying that if we didn't like them for ANY reason, we would not have to pay the invoice. I didn't even properly confirm that I even wanted them, but they were so pushy and confirmed NUMEROUS times that it wouldn't matter WHY I didn't like them, but that if I didn't I wouldn't have to pay for them. They said there wouldn't be ANY restocking fee or shpiing or handling charges (I know because I take notes of EVERY call we get.) Now, after saying that we didn't like them and that they didn't even last half as long as our usual ones, they are saying that they need to analyze how many pages it yielded, and that once they find out that it's in the "normal" range we'll still have to pay the invoice. Even though we didn't sign anything and we were told numerous times we wouldn't have to pay the invoice for ANY reason. Super scammy and unprofessional business tactics.
