I have had several encounters with the Office Manager who has been rude, condescending, and lacks customer service skills. She continually acts as though she does not care and only is there for money. Situation 1: my niece playing in the arcade wound up falling and cutting her head open. In running to the front desk for help, she lacked empathy, did not ask if she was okay or needed anything, and refused to help when we asked for a first aid kit. She sat there looking dumbfounded. When returning for another visit she did not bother to check and ask how she was. Situation 2: in asking for the opportunity to sell products in the facility, she had no prior knowledge of the product and made assumptions of how they were used and that I did not understand how my own products were made or if they were safe to use. Situation 3: in an attempt to assist the junior program with fundraising she refused to allow a bake sale to happen stating that it was a liability due to the food. Although they allow outside food to be brought in on a regular basis, and especially for parties and even their own Junior program events where they purchase outside food. Situation 4: in an error on their part where I was attempting to find a solution, she decided it was proper to shush me when speaking to me about an issue that she was refusing to rectify. She stated that it was simple human error. Never once apologized for the error, or seemed to care that the issue affected 4 different families and 7 children. Stated that she was making an exception when all she was doing was stating options that were already available and that did not work for anyone in our party. She then spoke in a condescending manner making it seem like I had no idea about the mechanics the bowling alley or how leagues were handled, when I have bowled for almost 30 years, worked in a bowling alley in college, and also am a certified junior coach. **************************** and training need assistance.
