      I ordered a sweatshirt on March 22, 2023. Thankfully for only $35. The turn around time was ***** business days, not including weekends. On April 3rd, 2023 I checked the status on my order after I saw a lot of people saying it took longer. An automated response responded saying it would be delayed. The same occurred on April 12, 2023 and May 15, 2023. On May 16, 2023 I received a message asking to confirm my shipping address as they could not verify it. I sent confirmation and offered a new shipping address if needed. I didnt receive anything after except automated messages on May 25th, June 12th and June 20th. June 22nd I stated I wasnt 100% assured (as stated in the automated messages) that I would get my order and felt like this was a scam. She responded that it wasnt and she would check. I checked again on June 28th and finally on July 6th I asked for a refund. I also asked again on July 17th, August 3rd, and August 11th for a full refund. No response and no refund has been given.

      I placed in order for 2 sweatshirts & shipping fees on 4/4/23 totaling $62.95. My order #*****. After not receiving my package for over a month, I sent the first email inquiring on 5/22/23 and received what I have realized now is just an automated email back, stating the delay. I waited and then sent another email on 7/4/23 after still not receiving order and got the same automated email response. I have emailed again on 8/2/23 and yet again received the same email. I have not received my order. My card was charged. Its been 4 months and now Ive discovered their website is no longer there and most of their social is old. Im a business owner who purchases wholesale retail also and they have also been removed from a platform I use for this. I want my product or a full refund. This store is a scam.

      I placed an order 15 weeks ago and the items have still yet to be delivered. I have emailed several times since April and they just keep saying they have had unforeseen circumstances.

      I made two separate orders to ****************************** the first on March 31,2023 for two shirts totaling $67.02 and the second on April 25 for 3 shirts totaling $105.54. The turn-around-time was said to be up to three weeks, so I waited. and waited. and waited. I decided to finally email ******* for the first time on May 24, and she assured both orders were being shipped then. After multiple more emails with her apologizing and assuring me my orders would be shipped as soon as possible, I finally asked her to cancel and refund both of my orders on June 15th. She cancelled my big order but never refunded my money, and did nothing with my other order. She is now ignoring my emails and comments to her socials, and her website is down.

      I ordered from this company on 4/21/23 and still have not received my order or the refund I requested. I originally reached out to them for an update on my order on 6/8/23 via email and they responded with promises of shipping but were experiencing unexpected delays also stated they could not issue a refund. I reached out again on 7/5/23 for update with no response via email.

      I placed an order on March 24, 2023. May 27th I reached out requesting an update. I got no response. June 5 I sent another message requesting an update and I commented on their main page wanting to know. They deleted my comment and messaged me via messenger stating my order would be shipped by end of June. Today is JULY 12 AND I STILL DONT HVAE MY ORDER. I commented on their main page again stating I would never recommend or shop there again and they deleted that comment and messaged me apologizing. I told them I want refund and now theyre not responding.

      I placed an order on April 14th for two items totaling $78.80. The shipping time given was 2-3 weeks. That didn't happen. I messaged and was told on May 30th that my order would ship in 2 weeks **** Again that did not happen. I asked for a refund and was told no. They do not give refunds, but they haven't given me what I ordered either. It has been over two months now.

      I placed an order on March 11, 2023. I ordered two shirts for $62.00. I contacted the company March 25, 2023 asking about the order and told they were making it. I received tracking on April 7, 2023 and it says the item has yet to leave the warehouse. I contacted April 24, 2023 about the whereabouts of the item and did not receive a response until May 5, 2023 and was told my inquiry was escalated to management. I did not hear again so I emailed May 23, 2023 to let them know that I would be taking legal action if I didnt receive a refund. I received a generic apology and well look into it. I contacted again today June 4, 2023 asking for a refund. My order also has the wrong size as the website changed the size. I have chatted with ************************* the entire time.

      I contacted Rags and Royal for an ordered sweatshirt and paid $34.95 on 3/20/23. I had received a confirmation that my order was received and being processed. I contacted the seller on 4/5/23 and was told that my order was received, and they are behind schedule. I contacted again on 4/24/23 and was told the same thing. I was told they do not allow refunds after 24 hours of purchases. It has been over ******************************************************************** update on status.
