    Back in Dec of 2021 I was recommended by Dr. ********************** to buy Invisalign for my teeth. After telling the Dentist that I was a graduate student on low income she recommended I take out a loan to get the work done. After signing the paperwork I was brought back to the office to get my scans done for my first tray of braces with Invisalign. Shortly after (about a month) I learned by partner got a job offer in ********** and we were going to be moving out of *********. I was told by the dentist that Invisalign is transferrable. Therefore I called the office to get my paperwork transferred to a new dentist office The receptionist gave me a phone number to call, and when I did, the person on the other line answered "hello" without identifying themselves. After I asked whom I was speaking with he aggressively answered "you're the one who called me". I do not believe that this is the way a customer service representative (later learned his name is *****) should speak to their clients. The rest of the conversation was rude and hostile and I was unable to receive help because he hung up on me. He yelled at me and told me that I will not be getting a refund, however that is not the reason I was calling in the first place. Before I was able to explain that I do not live in *********, he hung up on me. I understand that this person may have been frustrated but there is no reason to yell at me over the phone. After being verbally degraded over the phone I requested written communications moving forward because I refused to talk to ***** at that point. I received no response. I wrote the attached e-mail and never received anything from their office in a written format and they refused to help me. After speaking with my new dentist they recommended this course of action because what they have done is illegal and unethical. I am attaching payments to Midland Credit the loan distributor to show that I have been paying for work that hasn't been done.
