1 starHorrible business. Run. They seem to tell false things. They say they receive your items even confirm with email then say never got it and guess who they want to fix their mistake? When PenChecks received my funds, I called three separate times to inquire about the status. Each time, I was told that PenChecks had not received the money. To resolve the issue, I initiated a conference call with my previous 401(k) provider, Principal. During that call, it was confirmed that PenChecks did, in fact, have the fundsthey simply did not know what to do with them.This miscommunication caused unnecessary delays and confusion, and I believe it reflects a serious lapse in internal processes and communication at PenChecks.I have not received my funds to date and what a coincidence that every review I read on here PenChecks has received everyones name wrong and need to verify delaying more timePenChecks Trust
