Absolutely horrendous facility!! Where do I even start? With the fact that the hallways and room bathrooms constantly smell of urine? Or how about the downright incompetent staff? There are maybe one or two nice CNAs, but the majority of them are f****** jokes!! The majority of the staff can barely speak English, which I'm aware nowadays is seen as a rude thing to complain about, but the real issue is, because they can't understand you, it takes way longer to get anything done! My mother who is currently residing there has fallen multiple times and has ended up on the ground for 30 minutes to over an hour at a time because no matter how much she literally cries for help, the staff ignore her or actively avoid coming to help her until they feel like they want to. It's not just her either - I've heard so many older residents crying out for help and the staff ignores them as well and won't come by until half an hour or more later! There's also the fact that these people DO NOT LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS!!! It doesn't matter if they're requesting food from the kitchen, or assistance to use the bathroom, the staff will say "In a minute!" each time, and will put off attending to the residents! When my mother once again fell the other day, and hurt the back of her head and neck on her ******, it took THIRTY MINUTES for someone to bring her the ice pack she had requested!! And why did it take so long? Because apparently the staff didn't believe that she was actually in pain!! They kept asking her if she could move her left arm up and down, even though my mother, my brother, and myself repeatedly told them "She didn't hurt her arm! She said it's the back of her head and neck!" As of today when I am writing this, my mother has gotten an abusive roommate that she now has to share her room with! This roommate is rude, nasty, and has attacked my mother completely unprovoked harassing her over her appearance and weight, and the staff refuse to do anything about it!
