    I purchased a car from Baldwin Auto Sales on Saturday June 3, ************************************************************************** good condition. 3 days later on June 6, 2023 - as I'm driving home from work - I noticed that the engine light in car had appeared on the dashboard and the car began to shake. I had only driven the car for 2 1/2 days. Unable to drive the car, I had it towed on a flatbed to an actual ******** dealership on June 7, 2023, and as of today June 15, ************************ **************** of said dealership. I purchased the highest rated premium warranty that Baldwin Auto Sales offered, as well as a dealer warranty valid for 30 days/1000 miles from the purchase date, however the warranty company (veritas global protection) declined to cover the cost of the repairs. As of now I am stuck with a lemon car, and $3,400 worth of repairs. Baldwin Auto sales disputed the ******** dealer's credibilty and suggested I take the vehicle to one of their partnered mechanics. However, after further research I discovered that Baldwin Auto sales has a history of selling lemon cars to customers, and when they offer the services of their partnered mechanics (***'s Automotive in ********, **), the mechanics due the bare minimum work and clear the service codes on the vehicle allowing the vehicle to drive for a few days before it breaks down again and ends up back in the shop. I have been sold a lemon car under the false pretense that is was in great condition as well as a Bait and Switch warranty that is worthless. I'd like the Bureau to help me resolve this issue and receive some sort of compensation for extreme financial hardships as a result of these unexpected expenses. I can provide any paperwork necessary to do so.

    I had a really bad experience with this Auto Sales location I purchased a vehicle and could tell that the car was not in good condition when I brought the vehicle back to the dealership 3 days after I had purchased the vehicle the car salesman refused to look at the car refused to get it checked out and told me it was fine not even 2 weeks later the car overheated and no longer works and now the dealership and auto shop that the dealership prefers their customers to is refusing to look at the car and refusing to fix it
