            I called two weeks ahead to reserve a dance house jumper and and two days before they said they cold deliver it early for free so my wife stayed home all day during there time 7:00am to 5:00pm and they where a no show every time we called they said 30 min still a no show same issue on Friday and on they day we where supposed to receive the jumper we had the same lies and 1 hour before delivery they said they cant make the delivery. screwed up the party as it was one of the focal points of the party. i spoke to the manager yesterday 10/30/23 and she said she would refund me the deposit and we haven't received it yet.

            Would give this 0 stars if i could. Rented the sesame street jumper for my sons birthday on 4/27/2024 They dropped it off a couple of hours prior to people showing up the moment that kids started going in the jumper it went out completely. We had to all rush out and get the kids out before they suffocated. Called several times when it happened to get someone out there . No one returned my calls. They ruined my sons 1st birthday! I left voicemails along with my fiance as well. It got to the point where i was calling almost daily after that. When i finally got a hold of someone named ******* they apologized and offered a full refund which seemed fair but only to see that nothing was ever refunded. So I called and a man answered only to fight with me and say that they werent going to give me a full refund after all. This company not only put all these children at risk but also stole money from me. Completely unprofessional and an embarrassment of a company. Trust me stay away from this company at all costs. The customer doesnt come first here. They scammed us just like they scammed many other people ! This company should be shut down!
